Sports/denim shorts, t-shirts, vests, sports/supporter shirts, tracksuits, and sportswear, flip flops, and sandals are all NOT permitted, though trainers are acceptable.

Starter: Coronation Chicken (Pressed coronation chicken terrine, topped with an onion bhaji crumb, compressed mango and pickled shallot salsa, garlic, and coriander naan bread crisps, and finished with some coriander shoots).
Main: Duo of Local Lamb (Breast of lamb rolled in capers, mustard and NRC grown herbs, garlic and rosemary marinated lamb rump served with winter kaletts, sprouting broccoli and potato dauphinoise, finished with lavender, honey, and some sherry vinegar lamb jus.
Dessert: Chocolate and caramel finger (Chocolate and caramel finger, served with broken white chocolate cookies, set toffee cream, crushed honeycomb, and biscotti gel).
