Finally, as for the VIP Experience, it includes: Admission for premier enclosure and restaurant facility, champagne reception, a 4 course à la carte meal, some tea and coffee that is served after the meal, a full afternoon tea, a drink service that’s served to your table, a TV that is showing some live racing, some Tote betting facilities, and finally a racecard.

As for the Private Grandstand Box Package, this includes the Head On and Millennium Grandstand Boxes, and they, too, include experiences, such as the Classic Experience, the Premier Experience, the VIP Experience, and finally the Platinum Experience.

With the Classic Experience with the private boxes, it includes: Admission for premier enclosure and restaurant facility, a two-course set meal (sit down OR finger buffet), some tea and coffee that is served after your meal, a Cash Bar Facility (pay as you go or settle at the end of the day), a drink service that is served to your table, a TV that is showing some live racing, and finally some Tote betting facilities.

With the Premier Experience, it includes: Racecourse admission tickets and box badges, a three course choice menu that is served as a seated meal, a cash or account bar facility (pay as you go, or settle at the end of the day), a full afternoon tea, some racecards, some Tote betting facilities, and finally a car parking voucher (1 per 2 guests).

We move on now to the VIP Experience, which includes: Racecourse admission tickets and box badges, a champagne reception, a four course menu (sit down only), a VIP complimentary bar including a choice of wines, standard spirits, and soft drinks, as well as a full afternoon tea, some racecards, a TV that is showing some live racing, some Tote betting facilities, and finally a car parking voucher (1 per 2 guests).

Finally, our Platinum Experience includes: Racecourse admission tickets and box badges, a four course choice menu that is sit down only, a VIP complimentary bar including a choice of upgraded wine selection, and a Moet champagne reception, as well as a full afternoon tea, some racecards, a TV that is showing some live racing, some Tote betting facilities, and finally a car parking voucher (1 per 2 guests).

Moving on to the dress code for both hospitality packages, it is the same for both the Champions Gallery Restaurant and the Private Grandstand Box VIP Packages.

Smart attire is required, for example, Gentlemen are required to wear a collared shirt, usually with a lounge suit, whilst ladies are also required to dress for a smart occasion. NO denim, sportswear, or fancy dress permitted.

There will also be plenty of luxurious, delicious food on the menu for you and your guests/clients to enjoy throughout your day(s) at the 2026 Final Meeting at Newmarket. Below is a sample menu to look at:

• Starter: Salmon with yoghurt, together with some sunchoke chips, pickled cucumber, and blow-torched pink grapefruit, OR Blow-torched Goat’s cheese (v) with honey whisky poached beets, and walnut.
