When was the first Grand National held?

The first Grand National race was held in 1839 at Aintree Racecourse. The first ever winning horse won the race at odd 5-1 and was named Lottery.

When is the Grand National 2020?

The Randox Health Grand National will run from Thursday 2nd April – Saturday 5th April 2020. The three day meeting will see some of the world’s most talented jockeys, trainers and runners all competing to win the Grand Prize.

The renowned Grand National race is held on the Saturday and is the one everyone looks forward to. This race concludes the meeting and begins at approximately 17:15 pm.

Who won Grand National 2019?
