The dress code for hospitality facilities at Anfield Stadium is smart casual to ensure a formal atmosphere.

As Anfield offers elite Liverpool hospitality services, why not look the part? Avid Liverpool FC supporters will be glad to know that they can still deck out in your favourite team’s jerseys; however, you will be expected to maintain formal attire to reflect the sophisticated hospitality suites.

Anfield hospitality facilities permit:

Hospitality guests are not permitted to wear ripped denim or tracksuits. In addition to this, please be aware that if you are arriving at The Beautiful Game, there is a smart casual dress code where trainers, football shirts and tracksuits are not permitted.

The iconic Anfield will host Liverpool’s Carabao Cup Quarter Final tie against fellow Premier League club West Ham United in December 2023. The Reds’ journey in this year’s competition has seen them take on teams from the first and second tier of the English Football pyramid.

Jurgen Klopp’s side entered the Carabao Cup in the third round, where they played EFL Championship club Leicester City at Anfield in September. The Foxes had only been relegated from the Premier League last season, but Liverpool could still beat them comfortably 3 – 1. Cody Gakpo (48’), Dominik Szoboszlai (70’) and Diogo Jota (89’) were on the scoresheet for the Reds. As for Leicester, their only goal came from Kasey McAteer in the opening 5 minutes of the match (3’).

They were, of course, drawn against Bournemouth in the Fourth Round, with the tie being played at the Cherries’ Vitality Stadium on the South Coast in early November. Cody Gakpo and Darwin Nunez were on target in a 2 – 1 victory, with Justin Kluivert, son of Patrick, being the only player on the scoresheet for Andoni Iraola’s side (64’).

Liverpool have won the League Cup on 9 occasions, with their most recent triumph in this competition coming in the 2021/22 season when they were 11 – 10 winners on penalties against Chelsea at Wembley. They will look to reach Wembley again this season, hoping to win the competition for the 10th time.

Liverpool and West Ham United have played against each other 148 times, with the Reds having recorded the most wins with 82, compared with 29 for the Hammers. Klopp’s team were 3 – 1 winners in the Premier League in their most recent meeting.

As for the League Cup, they last played against each other in this competition on 30th November 1988, with West Ham winning 4 – 1.
