Trade Relationship Manager
Reporting into the Commercial Director and working closely with the Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for managing our trade strategy and performance across key events and products.
Job Summary
- Plan and manage the controlled release of owned inventory into the trade market, ensuring wholesale targets are met.
- Maintain and develop relationships with other individuals and companies within the industry.
- Manage our trade communication channels including regular whatsapp and email communications Identify and onboard new B2B channels or trade partners to help move stock efficiently while protecting margin.
- Have your finger on the pulse within the hospitality industry, what are the trade trends around a specific event.
- Attend all events where we have our own representation with a view to engaging with direct clients and trade partners at said event.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to implement tactical promotions or price changes and measure their impact.
- Work closely with Sales Management to align on which packages and events should be pushed via direct channels vs. trade, and at what price points.
- Assist the Sales team with brokering packages for specific, non-core product.
- Maintain accurate records of trade allocations, pricing decisions and partner performance within our systems.
We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing B2B or trade partner relationships (luxury events,travel, concierge, hospitality or lifestyle is ideal), including negotiating terms and managing performance
- Confident working with pricing,margins and stock exposure
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, spot trends and translate insight into clear actions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present trading insight to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple events, partners and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of targets
- Solid Excel/Sheets skills and experience using CRM or trading/sales systems Knowledge and genuine interest in major sports and hospitality is a strong advantage
Basic Salary £40,000 per year (Dependent on experience and performance structure)
Digital Marketer: Content Writer-Full TimeÂ

Why we need this role
Our events portfolio is constantly growing and changing; new fixtures, new packages, new venues etc. and our digital presence needs to reflect that in real time. To maintain and strengthen our dominant online position, we need a dedicated Digital Marketer Content Writer who can:
- Help us showcase why Eventmasters is the go‑to partner for corporate hospitality in the UK
- Keep our event and product pages accurate, up to date and interesting
- Produce high-quality, search-friendly content at pace
This role is central to driving inbound enquiries, supporting sales and maximising the value of our strong online presence.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll join our Digital Marketing Team and take ownership of day-to-day content creation and optimisation across the site. In particular, you will:
- Spearhead website content and copywriting across product pages, landing pages, blogs and FAQs
- Write and edit website pages so our event and product pages are always accurate, up to date and commercially compelling
- Produce a high volume of articles and blogs for the website, plus supporting copy for social media channels
- Ensure content structure, internal linking and hierarchy support strong SEO/GEO performance
- Use AI and content tools (e.g. Surfer SEO, Grammarly) for topic research, while always editing to ensure accuracy, quality and relevance
- Liaise with the Head of Digital to prioritise content updates and key events that need attention
- Ensure all written content is accurate, grammatically correct and free of filler
- Support ad-hoc digital marketing activities, including market and competitor research, writing social and email copy, and basic data entry/content uploads
This role is ideal for someone who loves sport, enjoys fast-paced work and takes pride in producing clear, accurate and commercially focused content.

Tools
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with LinkedIn and Canva is ideal
- Familiarity with tools such as Surfer SEO, Grammarly or AI writing platforms is a plus

Background
- 2+ years in a writing, journalism, or content-focused role (agency or in‑house)
- Strong sporting knowledge is essential, especially a keen interest in football and horseracing

Sales Executive – Full Time
Eventmasters are looking to recruit Experienced Telesales Executives with a passion for sport and strong knowledge of the sporting industry, particularly football, rugby, horse racing, cricket and golf as well as confidence in B2B sales.
Successful candidates will be given responsibility for achieving levels of occupancy at set events. You will be located full time in head office in Birmingham, working from an established database and will benefit from inbound leads.
