The Eventmasters Foundation
Eventmasters Foundation: Our Story
Having been leading suppliers of corporate hospitality for over thirty years, today the work of Eventmasters extends far beyond the corporate hospitality industry. Indeed, we have always had a strong passion for enhancing the lives of others and giving back to our wider community. This zeal for community outreach has allowed us to firmly establish a long, proud history of assisting a large number of charities and worthy causes within the UK.
2018 saw Eventmasters formalise its many years of charity work and corporate social responsibilities, with the official establishment of the Eventmasters Charitable Foundation.
The Eventmasters Foundation is the charitable arm of Eventmasters with the sole purpose of supporting the admirable work of a vast range of charities within the UK.
Each year, after a thorough selection process involving intensive research, we choose a minimum of three organisations to partner with and support over a course of twelve months.
During these twelve months, we aid our chosen charities thorough organising a number of fundraising events throughout the year. Our sister company Silent Auction Events supports our fundraising endeavours by conducting silent auctions at events and providing prizes to be auctioned. These fundraising efforts then culminate at our annual Midlands Sportsman’s Luncheon where a cheque presentation is held, and each of the charities receive the funds raised over the course of the year.
In addition to our fundraising, we also aim to advocate and promote the causes of these charities consistently through extensive publicity and social activity. This enables the charity to gain more varied and long term support from a wide network.
Proud Sponsors of LoveBrum’s Animals Month
In February last year, we proudly sponsored LoveBrum’s Animals month. Animals month highlights charities within Birmingham that need extra funding for projects that help them nurture and rehabilitate a wide range of animals. The announced projects included Birmingham Dogs Home, Fur and Feathers Animal Sanctuary and Balsall Heath City Farm.
Our Partners For 2021
“Working with Eventmasters is an absolute pleasure. The quality and attention to detail provided is fantastic and every point of contact are friendly, helpful and informative. We could not recommend them enough.”
“Great thank you to Eventmasters and BCFC for raising the monies as well as awareness for the Geoff Horsfield Foundation.”
“It has been a pleasure working alongside the Eventmasters Foundation as a charity partner. The money that has been raised from the partnership will help to provide ‘added extras’ for patients and staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.”
“Eventmasters has provided invaluable support to LoveBrum over the last year, helping us to reach out to even more hidden-gem projects across Birmingham. We are so grateful for the support that they provide both at their events, and when assisting with our own, and we are excited about our ongoing relationship and working with Eventmasters in 2019.”
“Eventmasters are great supporters of Scotty’s Little Soldiers.
Eventmasters and its sister company silentauctionevents.com have supported our charity fundraising events numerous times and each time I have found them to be professional, friendly and well organised. We were able to work with Eventmasters to choose auction lots with our audience in mind and were provided with a variety of silent auction items to suit all budgets.
Eventmasters have now stepped up to the plate and are a Scottys Business Hero and corporate partner to Scottys.”
The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB) Charity began a 12 month partnership with Eventmasters Foundation in 2018 which saw the two organisations join forces, with the Charity assisting in the promotion of events, with some proceeds from these events coming to the Charity. Thanks to the exceptionally popular and well-attended Eventmasters Sportsman’s Luncheon, QEHB Charity received an exceptional £3,500, which has gone towards providing ‘added extras’ for patients at the hospital. QEHB Charity works to fund world-class equipment, facilities and research for the hospital.
