As of the time of writing, Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea have made a total of 3 new signings in the 2024 Summer Transfer Window ahead of the 2024/25 Premier League season. Central Defender Tosin Adarabioyo joined from fellow West London Club Fulham on a free transfer, whilst Marc Guiu joined from FC Barcelona for a reported fee of £5 million, with Omari Kellyman also joining from Aston Villa for £19 million.

Midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has also joined the Blues, this time from newly promoted Leicester City for a reported fee of approximately £30 million. 19-year-old American Left Back Caleb Wiley has also joined the club, signing for £8.5 million from MLS side Atlanta United. Danish Goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen has signed for the Blues from La Liga outfit Villarreal for a reported transfer fee of £20.7 million.

Portuguese forward Pedro Neto has also joined Chelsea from fellow Premier League club Wolves, with the fee reported to be £54 million. Joao Felix also re-joined the West London Club, this time on a permanent basis, from La Liga Giants Atletico Madrid for a rumoured initial transfer fee of £42 million.

Chelsea History

On the evening of 10 March 1905, in an upstairs room at the Rising Sun pub, Chelsea FC was formed. In collaboration with Frederick Parker, who also engineered Chelsea’s admission to Football League Division Two, Robertson constructed a squad including larger-than-life Willie Foulke: the club hired football’s first ball-boys to emphasise the 23-stone goalkeeper’s presence. Success came spectacularly fast: the table-top clash with Manchester United on Good Friday 1906 attracted a staggering attendance of 67,000. As of the 2022 season, Chelsea now has 2 Champions League trophies and 6 Premier League titles. Football doesn’t get much bigger than this.

Season ticket prices for the 2024/25 season vary, and they are as follows. East Upper: £475 to £1,015, East Lower Family Centre: £305 to £645, West Lower: £485 to £975, Matthew Harding Upper: £460 to £950, Matthew Harding Lower: £410 to £810, Shed Upper: £460 to £950 and finally Shed Lower: £410 to £810.
