He also has a weekly show on BBC Radio 2, which he has done for 14 years, where he has interviewed the likes of Paul McCartney, Bill Joel, Paul Simon, Norah Jones, as well as Lars Ulrich, Gregory Porter, and the Ezra Collective.

Jamie Cullum is an artist of global prominence and is a highly acclaimed singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist worldwide. Cullum will be performing on the fifth and final day of the 2025 Henley Festival on Sunday 13th July 2025, with the performance taking place at 8:45pm on the Floating Stage.
On Spotify, Cullum’s music has collectively enjoyed more than 1.5 million listeners on a regular basis, with his most popular record on the platform currently being ‘What a Difference a Day Made’ with more than 56.9 million listens to date, followed by ‘Everlasting Love’ with more than 50.3 million listens so far.
His first album, ‘Heard It All Before’ was released back in 1999, and before he even had a record deal. It featured songs such as ‘Old Devil Moon’, ‘They Can’t Take That Away From Me’, ‘I’ve Got You Under My Skin’, ‘God Bless the Child’, ‘Caravan’, ‘Love ‘For Sale’, ‘My One and Only Love’, and ‘Sweet Lorraine’.
Then came the release of ‘Pointless Nostalgic’ in 2002, which was his second album. It was with the release of ‘Twentysomething’ a year later in 2003 that Cullum first came to prominence. Not only was it the fastest selling jazz album in the history of the UK Charts, but it also made him the highest selling jazz artist in history, in the UK. The album has 11 platinum certifications, 11 gold certifications, and 2 silver certifications, and it also sold 2.5 million copies worldwide.
As well as the aforementioned ‘What a Difference A Day Made’ and ‘Everlasting Love’, other records on this album included ‘These Are The Days’, ‘Singin’ in the Rain’, ‘All at Sea’, ‘I Get a Kick Out Of You’, ‘The Wind Cries Mary’, and ‘Next Year Baby’.
In the UK Jazz and Blues Album Charts, ‘Twentysomething’ peaked at number one, and in the US Top Jazz Albums Chart by Billboard, it peaked at number 3. It was also to peak at number three in the UK’s Albums Charts as well.
It was two years before his third studio album was released in September 2005 – ‘Catching Tales’, which featured songs like ‘Get Your Way’, ‘Mind Trick’, and ‘Photograph’. Just like his previous album, this one also peaked at number one in the US Top Albums Chart by Billboard, whilst it reached number 4 in the UK Albums Chart.
‘The Pursuit’ then followed on 10th November 2009, and some of the hits on this album were ‘I’m All Over It’, ‘Don’t Stop the Music’, ‘Wheels’, and ‘Love Ain’t Gonna Let You Down’. It peaked at number 16 in the UK Albums Chart, whilst also peaking at 2nd and 7th in the Billboard Top Jazz Albums and Billboard Top Rock Albums Charts respectively.
2013 saw the release of ‘Momentum with songs like ‘Everything You Didn’t Do’, ‘When I Get Famous’, ‘Sad, Sad World’, ‘Take Me Out (Of Myself)’, ‘Save Yourself’, and ‘Save Your Soul’. Then came Interlude in 2014, before ‘Taller’ was released in 2019. His latest album ‘The Pianoman at Christmas came out in 2020.
Over the course of his career to date, Jamie Cullum has seen him perform as part of tours in more than forty countries, whilst also performing at other iconic festivals including Glastonbury, Coachella, and Fuji Rock in Japan. He has also had the immense honour to have performed at both the White House and Buckingham Palace in the past for President Barack Obama, and Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
