The Eastbourne International (sponsored by Rothesay) is situated in the Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club’s rural grounds and attracts some of the finest sporting specimens that tennis has to offer.

Held a week before Wimbledon, the International Eastbourne will allow guests to witness some of the world’s finest tennis specimens from both the ATP and WTA tours, doubling as the perfect event for clients and friends to experience a delightful day of sun-splashed entertainment.

In 2021, the WTA 500 women’s singles tennis event was won by Jelena Ostapenko, while Shuko Aoyama and Eno Shibahara won the doubles tournament. The ATP 250 men’s singles tennis event was won by Australian Alex de Minaur, with Mikola Mektic and Mate Pavic taking the doubles victory.

In the following year, it was Petra Kvitova who won the 2022 Women’s Singles title, whilst it was Aleksandra Krunic and Magda Linette who won the Women’s Doubles. Taylor Fritz won the Men’s Singles title, whilst the Men’s Doubles were won by Nikola Mektic and Mate Pavic.

Then in 2023, Madison Keys was the winner of that year’s Women’s Singles title, with Desirae Krawczyk and Demi Schuurs coming out on top in the Women’s Doubles. Francisco Cerundolo was the Men’s Singles Champion, whilst Nikola Mektic and Mate Pavic won the Men’s Doubles for the second year in succession.

The most recent Rothesay Eastbourne International took place in 2024, with the Women’s Singles won by Daria Kasatkina, whilst it was a pairing of Jelena Ostapenko and Lyudmyla Kichenok came out on top in the Women’s Doubles. It was Taylor Fritz who won his second Men’s Singles title in three years, whilst it was Neal Skupski and Michael Venus winning the Men’s Doubles.
