Moving on to SZA, she came to global attention with the release of her 2017 debut studio album ‘Ctrl’, which received critical acclaim, whilst also being a significant commercial success. It was nominated for four Grammy Awards, and it was also the second longest charting R&B Album by a female artist on the US Billboard 200 Chart.

Then in 2018 the aforementioned ‘All the Stars’ was released, which was also nominated at the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards for Best Original Song.

SZA released her second studio album in 2022, which spent no less than twelve weeks sat as high as number one on the Billboard 200 chart. It also made history as the largest streaming week for any R&B Album in the United States.

She also had her first Billboard Hot 100 number one single with 2022’s ‘Kill Bill’, as well as ‘Snooze’ in the same year.

SZA’s accolades overall in her illustrious career to date includes five Grammy Awards, a BRIT Award, an American Music Award, a Guild of Music Supervisors Award, and two Billboard Women in Music awards (including Woman of the Year).
