Bournemouth v Chelsea Hospitality Tickets & Packages

The Vitality Stadium Hospitality Dress Code

For hospitality at Bournemouth’s Vitality Stadium, the dress code is generally smart casual. That usually means:

Men: Collared shirts, smart trousers or chinos, optional blazer; avoid sportswear, ripped jeans, or trainers.

Women: Dresses, skirts, smart trousers or blouses; again, avoid casual sportswear.

General: No football jerseys, hoodies, or caps.

Hospitality areas aim for a polished but relaxed environment—so you don’t need a suit unless you want to go extra formal.

The Cherries qualified for the UEFA Europa League for the very first time under former Head Coach Andoni Iraola after finishing 6th in the Premier League.

Bournemouth have been amongst the chasing pack for the European places for the last few seasons, finishing 12th and 9th before recording last season’s 6th place finish.

They have now entered a new era after the appointment of former RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund Head Coach Marco Rose.

The German has spent six seasons managing in the Bundesliga before making the move to England and has enjoyed huge success.

Before his move to Germany, Rose was in RB Salzburg’s dugout and managed the Austrian side to two Austrian First Division titles and the Austrian domestic cup between 2017 and 2019.

He is well-known for high-tempo football with plenty of pressing, often in a 4-4-2 shape, which could cause issues for many sides in the Premier League.

During his time in the Bundesliga, Rose lifted the DFB Pokal and the German Super Cup with RB Leipzig, where he boasted a points per game record of 1.85 before departing in 2025.

Before his move to Leipzig, Rose spent time at European giants Borussia Dortmund. Despite only staying at the Signal Iduna Park for one season, he did match his record at Leipzig with a 1.85 PPG record.

Now the German finds himself on the English seaside to take Bournemouth to the Champions League and face Europe’s elite.

He’ll be boosted by a squad full of young talent with the likes of Rayan, Alex Scott, and Junior Kroupi ready to set the Premier League alight once again.

The latter broke Robbie Fowler’s record of the most goals scored by a teenager in the first Premier League season last year scoring 13 in 35 appearances.

Chelsea are heading into the season disappointed following last year’s performances, which saw the Blues missing out on European qualification and finishing 10th in the Premier League.

The visitors were also dumped out of the Champions League by free-scoring Paris Saint-Germain.

Following the campaign, former Liverpool and Spain midfielder Xabi Alonso was appointed by Chelsea to lead the Londoners into the 2026/27 Premier League season.

Since retiring from playing, Alonso has impressed hugely in the dugout. The Spaniard started his managerial career at Real Sociedad B, his boyhood club. In Alonso’s second season, the club won promotion to Spain’s second division following success in the play-offs. Following their first season, in the second season, it was announced that Alonso would be leaving the club.

The former Bayern Munich player then took over at German rivals Bayer Leverkusen. In just his second season, he led the club to their first-ever Bundesliga title following a 5-0 win over Werder Bremen in April, 2024. He also guided Leverkusen to the UEFA Europa League final, where many expected his side to carry on their 51-match unbeaten record, a modern-day record. However, to the shock of many, Alonso’s side was beaten 3-0 by Italian side Atalanta.

Following his huge success in Germany, Alonso, who made 158 appearances for Real Madrid, returned to the Spanish capital to manage the Madridistas.

Managing the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior, Alonso gained a lot of valuable experience which he’ll be able to bring to Stamford Bridge.

Even after winning the La Liga manager of the season in his first month in charge, Alonso struggled to make an impact in Madrid, and he was relieved of his duties in January, 2026.

After five months out of management, Alonso made the move to West London, and he brings a huge amount of excitement with him following his successful managerial career to date.

Despite it not being Chelsea’s greatest season last year, Blues supporters were treated to some fantastic performances from Joao Pedro, Enzo Fernandez and Jorrel Hato whilst also enjoying the breakout season from Brazilian youngster Estevao.

Overall, these two clubs have gone head to head in a competitive fixture in all competitions on a total of 25 occasions, and it is the Blues who have the superior record of 15 victories compared with the Cherries’ record of 5 overall. Chelsea has drawn with Bournemouth on just 5 occasions to date.
