The London Stadium Hospitality Dress Code

At the London Stadium, the dress code is smart casual. We advise our guests to follow this guide of what type of clothes to wear on the day. Please be aware that these rules do not apply to those under the age of 12.

• Tracksuits are not permitted.
• Only home football shirts are permitted; if our guests arrive in ‘away’ football shirts, we have the right to refuse entry.
• Jeans and trainers are allowed.

We would like to make our guests aware that oversized bags are prohibited when on arrival to the stadium, and small clutch purses are allowed.

West Ham United, led by their Spanish Head Coach Julen Lopetegui, will go toe to toe with Gary O’Neil’s Wolves side at the London Stadium in the 2024/25 Premier League season. With European Football being the target, a win here for the Hammers could prove crucial as they aim to realise their ambitions for the current campaign.

With a high calibre CV including clubs such as Wolves, Spain, Sevilla, and Real Madrid, Julen Lopetegui is a high-profile manager who has also experienced success in Europe thanks to a 3 – 2 UEFA Europa League Final win against Italy’s Inter Milan back in 2020. Luuk de Jong (12’, 33’) and a Romelu Lukaku own goal (74’) won for the Spanish side that day.

Lopetegui joined the club back on 23rd May 2024, succeeding David Moyes at West Ham after the Scot left following a 9th place finish and a Quarter Final exit from the 2023/24 UEFA Europa League, losing 3 – 1 on aggregate over two legs against German Champions Bayer Leverkusen. They did, however, beat Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City 2 – 1 at Molineux in September 2023, thanks to a Ruben Dias own goal (13’) and a goal from Hwang Hee-Chan (66’). Julian Alvarez scored City’s only goal of the day early on in the second half (58’).

These two clubs have played each other in all competitions 73 times, and the Hammers have the superior record of 35 victories compared to 24 for their West Midlands counterparts. As of the time of writing, there have been 14 draws between these two teams.
