It also earned 4 Grammys including Best Dance/Electronic Album.

Her most recent solo tour came in 2016 with her Formation World Tour, which came in the same year as one of her hit albums, Lemonade. The tour, which ran over 49 dates, very successful and made approximately $256 million at the box office.

Lasting over the course of 6 months, the tour attracted an audience of 2.24 million in total. The Formation tour also ranked 1st and 2nd in North America and worldwide respectively in Pollstar’s mid-year Top 100 Tours chart in 2016.

Fast forward to the present day, and Beyoncé will be looking to take the world by storm once more in 2023 with her Renaissance World Tour, and initial signs are looking good.

A recent report from the Daily Mail suggests that the global megastar could earn no less than $2.2 billion. This is made even more significant given that this would be an astonishing $600 million more than Taylor Swift is projected to earn in her ‘Eras Tour’.

It is thought that part of the reason for such a high estimate is the significant demand for tickets is driving up the potential earnings that will come from the Renaissance Tour, and with time running out demand is only going to increase.

BeyGOOD, a charity that Beyoncé founded in 2013, is also set to feature heavily over the course of the Renaissance Tour. The charity is set to be a platform to promote business sustainability and support a plethora of small businesses.
