The Craven Cottage Hospitality Dress Code

The official hospitality guide for Fulham states a smart casual dress code applies in all hospitality zones. Denim is acceptable—smart denim only—but away colours are explicitly prohibited.

Fulham, led by their Portuguese Head Coach Marco Silva, will be going toe to toe with David Moyes’ Everton in the heart of West London at the iconic and historic Craven Cottage during the 2025/26 Premier League season. European Football is being targeted by the Cottagers this season, so a victory here against the Toffees would certainly aid their cause.

As mentioned, the Cottagers will be looking to secure a return to European football with a top-seven finish in the league this season, marking their first campaign in Europe since their appearance in the UEFA Europa League during the 2011/12 season. To even get to the group stages, the club from the English Capital had to compete in no less than four qualifying rounds.

The qualifying rounds saw Fulham get the better of the likes of NSI Runavik (Faroe Islands, 3 – 0 agg.), Crusaders (Northern Ireland, 7 – 1 agg.), RNK Split (Croatia, 2 – 0 agg.), and finally Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk (Ukraine, 3 – 1 agg).

Then came the group stages of that season’s UEFA Europa League, but they unfortunately were knocked out in 3rd place once all the games had been played and they would look to have another chance in Europe next season. They did get wins in this group, thanks to beating the likes of Denmark’s Odense and Polish outfit Wisla Krakow at Craven Cottage 2 – 0 and 4 – 1 respectively.

The first full season for Marco Silva at Fulham was the 2021/22 campaign, which saw them competing in the EFL Championship, English Football’s second tier. It saw the West London club win the title after accumulating no less than 90 points and scoring a total of no less than 106 goals in order to finish the campaign in tier two top of the standings and winning the title and promotion back into the Premier League.

Fast forward to the most recent full season under Silva’s stewardship, and Fulham was excellent, and they enjoyed a campaign that saw them regularly amongst the clubs who were fighting for that top seven finish and a place in Europe next season as well. Unfortunately for Fulham, they missed out in the end with an 11th place finish with 54 points to their name after 38 games – they ended the season 11 points adrift of European Football overall.

Moving on to Everton, their incumbent Head Coach David Moyes is currently in his second spell in charge of the Toffees, having initially managed the Merseyside club for no less than eleven years between 2002 and 2013. His current spell in charge began back on 11th January 2025, so the 2025/26 season will be his first full campaign since his return.

Moyes succeeded Sean Dyche, and in the first half of his tenure, the Scot managed to guide the club from deep relegation trouble to an excellent and respectable 13th place, accumulating a total of 48 points from their 38 games in the English top flight. They had ended up with a significant 23 point gap between themselves and the danger of relegation.

Overall, Fulham and Everton have gone head to head competitively in all competitions on a grand total of no less than 72 occasions, and it is the Cottagers who have the superior record of no less than 32 victories compared with the Toffees’ total of 24 wins to date, as of the time of writing.
