It was a 2 – 0 victory in the away leg in what was a superb victory and performance from the Lilywhites in what resulted in an emphatic and thoroughly deserved 5 – 1 win on aggregate for Tottenham.

Then came Spurs’ historic 1 – 0 Final win against Manchester United at the San Mames Stadium in Bilbao, Spain, which also secured them qualification for the UEFA Champions League for the 2025/26 season.

Then, it was confirmed that following the conclusion of the 2024/25 campaign, Ange Postecoglou, the former Head Coach of Spurs, had left the North London club with immediate effect.

Moving on to the reigning Premier League Champions Liverpool, their Dutch manager Arne Slot has been in charge of the Reds after he officially succeeded Jurgen Klopp at the Anfield club back in April 2024, and he officially took charge on 1st June 2024.
