Our Pavilion Hospitality Package allows you to enjoy all of the enthralling racing action on British Champions Day. Highlights of this package includes insight from ITV Racing and Eventmasters Celebrity Horseracing Ambassador Matt Chapman and Post Enclosure tickets.
This fantastic package also includes the following to enhance your experience on the day: Private tables (10 or 12 guests), champagne reception, three-course lunch, afternoon tea, complimentary bar, tables for the day, race cards, live music from David “Yosser” Hughes post-racing and a car parking pass for 1 per 2 guests.
What is included in the Grandstand Box Hospitality Package?
As for our Grandstand Box Hospitality Package, its highlights include a four-course lunch and afternoon tea. To further add to your experience, this hospitality package also has the following on offer: A King Edward VII Enclosure Badge, a Private Box with a trackside view, a complimentary bar, a car park label (1 per 2 guests) and a race card.
Which hospitality options feature in both of your hospitality packages?
There are a number of hospitality options that feature in both of our packages. Both the Pavilion and Grandstand Box packages offer a race card, a complimentary bar, a parking pass and also afternoon tea.
Is there a dress code as part of your hospitality packages?
Yes, there is a dress code for when you are attending the British Champions Day at Ascot Racecourse. Gentleman will have to wear a jacket with a collared shirt and tie – tailored shorts are allowed. Ladies are to wear smart clothing and it is encouraged that harts are worn as well.
If you have children aged 17 or under, the dress code for this event does apply to them. If your children are very young, the dress code will not apply.
However, you are not allowed to wear trainers or any kind of fancy dress or sports attire. During hot weather, this dress code may be relaxed.
