At Eventmasters Corporate Hospitality, we are delighted to be able to offer you the chance to enjoy some VIP Hospitality in the incredible and luxurious On 5 Restaurant at the historic Ascot Racecourse.
This is a glass-fronted restaurant located on the fifth floor of the legendary Grandstand with a trackside viewing balcony and a rooftop terrace that offers fantastic views of the home straight and the incredible surrounding countryside. All menus are prepared by Ascot’s award-winning Chef Gemma Amor.
Just some of the fantastic offerings of this package include a private table for 2 to 10 guests, admission to the King Edward VII Enclosure, a welcome drink, a three-course a la carte menu (jumps season), or a four course a la carte menu (flat season), an option for a complimentary bar, a racecard, racing newspaper, and a car park label per two guests.
There are a plethora of tremendous race meetings which are taking place across 2025 and 2026Â at the legendary Ascot Racecourse.
The next race meeting at Ascot in 2025 is the Big Ascot Food & Wine Race Weekend, which is set to take place at this historic racecourse from Friday 5th to Saturday 6th September 2025. Both days feature some fantastic flat racing as well and incredible food from a number of stalls that are situated at various areas of the racecourse. The Heritage Handicap on the Saturday is one of the standout races of the weekend.
Then comes the BetMGM Autumn Racing Weekend, taking place over two days from Friday 3rd to Saturday 4th October 2025. Featuring a fantastic annual beer festival, there will also be some sensational racing taking place, with the standout races arguably being the Noel Murless Stakes on the Friday and the BetMGM Challenge Cup – the latter is currently richest seven furlong handicap in the UK.
After that is the highly prestigious QIPCO British Champions Day will make its return in October 2025, taking place on Saturday 18th October 2025. It is to be the finale of the 2025 British Flat Racing season, with some of the best horses and jockeys taking part in a plethora of races, with four of them set to be high class Group 1 contests.
Following the 2025 Fireworks Spectacular Family Race Day on 1st November, the November Racing Weekend will also return next year, taking place from Friday 21st November to Saturday 22nd November 2025.
The next race meeting at Ascot in 2025 is the Howden Christmas Racing Weekend, taking place from Friday 19th to Saturday 20th December – this is the final race meeting taking place at Ascot in 2025. There are some tremendous Grade 2 races like the Kennel Gate Novices’ Hurdle and the Howden Noel Novices’ Hurdle. The Group 1 Howden Long Walk Hurdle will also be taking place, with this race being run on the Saturday.
Horse Racing action at Ascot Racecourse in 2026 will be opened by the Clarence House Chase Race Day on Saturday 17th January 2026.
It is then followed just under a month later by the Betfair Ascot Chase Race Day, which will see prestigious races like the Betfair Ascot Chase and the Reynoldstown Novices’ Chase take place on Saturday 14th February 2026. The latter race is there to continue preparation for the legendary Cheltenham Festival.
Spring Family Race Day arrives in Sunday 29th March 2026. This is followed by Ascot Trials Day. Ascot Trials Day for 2026 takes place on Friday 1st May 2026, and it is a day that gives onlookers an indication of who may win races at Royal Ascot later on in the year.
Next up is the Peroni Nastro Azzurro May Racing Weekend from Friday 8th to Saturday 9th May 2026. The Victoria Cup being the highlight race of the entire weekend. Taking place over seven furlongs, it was most recently won by Saffie Osborne on Hickory, who saw off the likes of Rossa Ryan’s Qirat and Hollie Doyle’s Gleneagle Bay to seal the victory.
Then comes one of the highlights of the entire horse racing calendar – Royal Ascot will return for 2026, with all five days of incredible racing action taking place from Tuesday 16th to Saturday 20th June 2026. Trawlerman is the most recent winner of the Ascot Gold Cup, which is widely seen as the most famous and illustrious race of the entire race meeting.
The Summer Mile Race Weekend then arrives as the next event at the historic Ascot Racecourse, with the racing taking place from Friday 10th to Saturday 11th July 2026. This event promises to be another memorable weekend of enthralling racing with a brilliant atmosphere to boot.
Then comes the return of the famous King George Weekend for 2026, from Friday 24th July to Saturday 25th July 2026 at Ascot. The most famous races across these two days include the Group 1 King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes. The latter was won most recently by Calandagan, who was ridden to victory by Jockey Mickael Barzalona.
Next up is the Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup, which will be making its long-awaited return to Ascot Racecourse on Saturday 8th August 2026. Four teams (Great Britain & Ireland, Europe, the Rest of the World, and Asia) will all be competing on that day, with the Asia team emerging as the winners of the most recent Shergar Cup in 2025 in what was their debut at this event as well.
Then, the 2026 Big Ascot Food & Wine Racing Weekend will then be taking place over two days, from Friday 4th to Saturday 5th September 2026. This is followed by the BetMGM Autumn Racing Weekend at the start of October, with it taking place next year from Friday 2nd to Saturday 3rd October 2026.
The much anticipated 2026 edition of British Champions Day is next, with this action packed day of action taking place on Saturday 17th October 2026. This is where some of the best jockeys and horses in the sport will be competing for glory, with there also being a number of Group 1 races to enjoy at one of the world’s most historic and iconic racecourses.
Champions Day is followed by the Fireworks Spectacular Family Race Day that is taking place at the end of the month of October, on Saturday 31st October 2026, which promises to be a exciting day of racing and fireworks.
Next up is the 2026 November Racing Weekend which is taking place from Friday 20th to Saturday 21st November 2026. It promises to be a weekend of full of entertaining racing.
Finally, the Howden Christmas Racing Weekend for 2026 will then take place at the highly prestigious and iconic Ascot Racecourse, from Friday 18th to Saturday 19th December 2026. This promises to be a fantastic weekend full of fun and competitive festive racing at Ascot Racecourse.
