The Parade Ring Restaurant, in collaboration with Simon Rogan MBE, returns for its eighth year, bringing his distinctive approach to modern British gastronomy to the Royal Enclosure at Ascot Racecourse.
Renowned for his hyper-seasonal style of cooking, Simon Rogan presents an exceptional five-course lunch menu that reflects the very best of British produce, elevated by his signature creativity. The Parade Ring Package includes a Royal Enclosure guest badge, Moet Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne, canapes, and caviar on arrival, as well as a complimentary bar throughout the day, a selection of wines paired by our official Sommelier for each course followed by a selection of liqueurs, Parade Ring Afternoon Tea created by Eric Lanlard, One car park label per couple, a race card, a racing paper, betting facilities, and a tipster.
Do note that the complimentary bar also includes Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne and cocktails. The afternoon tea is served with Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Rose Champagne.
What is the itinerary for our VIP Parade Ring Hospitality Package?
Gates will open promptly at 10:30 a.m., with lunch served at 12:00 p.m., a short time before the racing action gets underway on the track at 2:30 p.m. The action comes to an end with the seventh and final race of the day, which is scheduled to begin promptly at 6:10pm.
Following the racing, there will be a sing-along to selections of some classics by the Band of the Grenadier Guards.
What is the dress code for male guests for our VIP Parade Ring Package at Ascot?
Gentlemen can wear a morning dress of black, grey, or navy material, as well as a waistcoat and necktie (note that patterns of a patriotic nature are acceptable), a black or grey top hat, and some black dress shoes that must be worn with socks that cover the ankle.
What is the dress code for female guests for the Parade Ring Package at Ascot?
The dress code for this hospitality facility, situated in the renowned Royal Enclosure, is strictly enforced.
For Ladies, they can wear a dress or top with a skirt that is falling just above the knee or longer (lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted), a jacket or pashmina (tops and dresses underneath must still comply with the dress code), as well as a trouser suit of matching material and colour, and a jumpsuit that falls below the knee and complies with shoulder strap requirements. Hats must also be worn.
Please note that shoulder straps must be a minimum of 1 inch (2.5cm) in width, while headpieces and hatinators must have a minimum base diameter of 4 inches (10cm).
May I remove my top hat?
Yes – you are allowed to take off your top hat during the day – but ONLY in the restaurant, private box, or within an enclosed seating area, terrace, balcony, or garden.
