The Veranda is situated within the Royal Enclosure as a ground-floor marquee. It is an elevated viewing facility inside the track at the Winning Post. It faces the spectacular main Grandstand at the iconic Ascot Racecourse.
On which days is the Veranda package available, and what does it cost at Royal Ascot 2026?
Our VIP Veranda Hospitality Package is available across three of the five days of Royal Ascot in 2026, from Thursday, 18th June, to Saturday, 20th June 2026. The prices start at £950 per person plus VAT, which applies to Saturday, 20th June. Below are the prices for each of these days.
Thursday 18th June 2026: £1,420pp plus VAT.
Friday 19th June 2026: £1,315pp plus VAT.
Saturday 20th June 2026: £950pp plus VAT.
What is included in the VIP Veranda Hospitality Package?
The Veranda VIP Hospitality Package at Royal Ascot in 2026 has plenty to offer you and your guests/clients to enhance your experience of the day at Ascot Racecourse whilst watching some world class horse racing.
This package includes: A Royal Enclosure Guest Badge, Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage 2015 Champagne on arrival, private tables, a complimentary bar throughout the day including Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut Champagne and cocktails, as well as a four course luncheon, canapes and snacks on arrival, afternoon tea, a selection of fine wines and liqueurs, one car park label per couple, race card, racing paper, betting facilities, and a tipster.
Note that the afternoon tea is served with some Moet & Chandon Rose Imperial Champagne.
What is the minimum group size for a private table?
The minimum group size for a private table at this facility is 2 guests, although it is possible for the private table to accommodate a party of up to 12 guests at one time.
What is the dress code for male guests in The Veranda?
For male guests in the Veranda at Royal Ascot in 2026, the dress code requires morning dress of black, grey, or navy material, accompanied by a waistcoat and necktie. It also requests that all male guests in attendance wear a black or grey top hat, along with black dress shoes and ankle-length socks.
Additionally, waistcoats and neckties with patriotic patterns are acceptable, while you can remove your top hat, but only in particular circumstances. You are only allowed to take off your top hat in a restaurant, private box, an external seating area, a terrace, a balcony, or a garden.
What is the dress code for female guests in The Veranda?
The dress code advises that female guests can wear a dress or a top with a skirt falling just above the knee or longer, a jacket, a pashmina, a trouser suit of a matching material and colour, a jumpsuit that falls below the knee and complies with the shoulder strap requirements, as well as a hat (including a headpiece or hatinator).
Note that lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted, whilst the minimum width of a shoulder strap is 1 inch (2.5cm). Additionally, a headpiece or hatinator must have a minimum base diameter of 4 inches (10cm).
Additionally, any top or dress worn beneath a jacket or pashmina must still adhere to the above dress code.
