Our Windsor Forest VIP Hospitality facility is in the Royal Enclosure, situated in an elevated trackside position on level two of the Grandstand. It features a private balcony that offers superb, elevated views of the Winning Post for you and your guests or clients.
What is the dress code for male guests in the Windsor Forest at Royal Ascot?
The dress code for the Windsor Forest facility at Royal Ascot, located at Ascot Racecourse, is strict.
Gentlemen can wear a morning dress of black, grey, or navy material, accompanied by a waistcoat, necktie, a black or grey top hat, and black dress shoes, which are worn with socks that cover the ankle throughout the day.
Note that for waistcoats and neckties, patterns of a patriotic nature (for example, a national flag) are acceptable. Additionally, you may remove your top hat, but only in a restaurant, private box, external seating area, terrace, balcony, or garden.
What is the dress code for female guests in the Windsor Forest at Royal Ascot?
As mentioned, the dress code is strict for the Windsor Forest Hospitality Package facility within the exclusive Royal Enclosure at Ascot Racecourse.
Ladies can wear a dress or a top with a skirt that is falling just above the knee or longer (lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted), a jacket, a pashmina, a trouser suit of a matching material and colour, a jumpsuit that falls below the knee (must comply with the shoulder strap requirements), and hats (including headpieces and hatinators).
Additionally, shoulder straps must be a minimum of 1 inch (2.5cm) in width, while headpieces and hatinators must have a minimum base diameter of 4 inches (10cm). With jackets and pashminas, any tops and dresses worn beneath MUST comply with the dress code.
