Starter: Salmon with smoked yoghurt, Sunchoke chips, pickled cucumber, blow torched pink grapefruit, blow torched Goat’s Cheese (Vegetarian), honey whiskey poached beets, and walnuts.

Main Course: Surrey Farm Roast Beef, purple sweet potato, honey, chilli apple, and jus. There is also some herb-crusted mushrooms (Vegetarian), purple sweet potato, honey, chilli apple, and jus.

Dessert: Magnum, Rich chocolate ganache on orange crumb, honeycomb, orange gel, and petals.
