Newmarket Final Meeting Dates: Friday 30th October – Saturday 31st October 2026.

As for our VIP Private Grandstand Box Hospitality Package, all of the experiences on offer will have several fantastic features to them all. They all include admission for the premier enclosure and hospitality facility, a race card, TV showing live racing as well as tea & coffee.

Bookings for the Head On Box must include a minimum of 10-12 guests whilst bookings for the  Millennium Grandstand Box require a minimum of 18-40 guests.

Smart attire is required. Gentlemen are required to wear a collared shirt, usually with a lounge suit and ladies should dress for a smart occasion.

No denim, sportswear, or fancy dress permitted.

Friday: Gates open at 10:50 am. First race at 12:40 pm. Last race at 4:00 pm.

Saturday: Gates open at 10:30 am. First race at 12:30 pm. Last race at 4:00 pm.

  • Your table is available from the gates’ opening.

  • Food service will start once you arrive. To make the most of your day, we recommend arriving within 30 minutes of gates opening and before the first race.

  • Afternoon Tea served at the 3rd race.

  • Bars close 30 minutes after the last race.

  • The restaurant and racecourse close 1 hour after the last race.
