The Spring Meeting will once again be held at the world-famous and equally iconic Newmarket Racecourse. The Newmarket Racecourse was first opened all the way back in 1636, over 300 years ago. There have been plenty of races over the years, and 2026 is set to add to the illustrious history of not only the Newmarket Racecourse, but also The Spring Meeting itself.
Eventmasters are delighted to offer VIP luxury Newmarket Racecourse hospitality for The Spring Meeting. We have two VIP Hospitality Packages with various experiences available in both packages.
In the Champions Gallery Restaurant Hospitality Package, we offer the Fish & Chips Experience, which includes a two course fish and chips meal, tea and coffee after the meal, a race card, admission for Premier Enclosure and restaurant facility, as well as drinks services to your table.
As for the Executive Box Hospitality Package, we offer four incredible experiences, which are: The Platinum Experience, VIP Experience, Premier Experience and the Classic Experience. All of them include a multi course set menu, TV showing live racing, a race card and admission for Premier Enclosure and hospitality facility.

More About The Spring Meeting:
Excitement is building ahead of the return of the Spring Meeting, which will once again be held at the iconic Newmarket Racecourse, with an illustrious history dating back to 1636.
Some unique history was made at Newmarket in 1671 when King Charles II became the first, and so far only, reigning monarch to successfully win a race at this iconic horse racing venue, with him winning the Newmarket Town Plate, which is a race that is still running to this day.
There are a plethora of races taking place over the two days of the Spring Meeting, and this will be no different in 2026, with the action set to take place between Friday, 15th, and Saturday, 16th May 2026. There are numerous exciting races taking place, which include:
The Juddmonte EBF Restricted Novice Stakes, TrustATrader Handicap Stakes, TrustATrader Apply Today Apprentice Handicap Stakes, the TrustATrader You Can Trust Our Traders Handicap Stakes, Win £1m with BetMGM Golden Goals Handicap Stakes, Darley EBF Novice Stakes, JCB Handicap Stakes, and the Tattersalls £40,000 Fillies’ Novice Stakes.
For example, the most recent EBF Restricted Novice Stakes that were run in 2025 were won by the Richard Hannon-trained and the pre-race favourite Logi Bear, who was successfully ridden to victory by Jockey Jamie Spencer. He managed to fend off some stern competition from the likes of George Wood’s Somebody and Charles Bishop’s Caitrinho, who had to settle for what were second and third place finishes, respectively, in the end.

Starting with the former, our Champions Gallery Restaurant Package offers three luxurious experiences: the Classic Experience, the Premier Experience, and the VIP Experience, all for the duration of this famous event.
The Classic Experience includes admission for the premier enclosure and restaurant facility, a 2-course à la carte meal, tea and coffee served after the meal, a racecard, a TV showing some live racing, some Tote betting facilities, and finally a drink service to your table.
Moving on to the Premier Experience, this includes admission for the premier enclosure and restaurant facility, a 3-course à la carte meal, tea and coffee served after the meal, a full afternoon tea, a drink service to your table, a TV showing some live racing, some Tote betting facilities, and finally a racecard.
As for the VIP Experience, it includes a champagne reception, a four-course à la carte meal, some tea and coffee that is served after the meal, a full afternoon tea (not available for evening meetings), a racecard, admission for the premier enclosure and restaurant facility, and finally a drink service to your table.
As for the Private Grandstand Box Package, it also offers luxurious experiences in the Head On and Millennium boxes, including the Premier Experience, the VIP Experience, and the Platinum Experience.
We start with the private boxes’ premier experience which includes racecourse admission tickets and box badges, a three course choice menu (served as seated meal), a cash or account bar facility (pay as you go, or settle at the end of the day), a full afternoon tea, racecards, a TV showing some live racing, some Tote betting facilities, and finally a car parking voucher (1 per 2 guests).
The VIP Experience includes racecourse admission tickets and box badges, a four-course menu (sit down only), a VIP complimentary bar including a choice of wines, standard spirits, and soft drinks, as well as a full afternoon tea, racecards, a TV showing some live racing, some Tote betting facilities, and finally a car parking voucher (1 per 2 guests).
Moving on to the private boxes’ Platinum Experience, this includes racecourse admission tickets and box badges, a four-course choice menu (sit down only), a VIP complimentary bar including a choice of upgraded wine selection, a Moet Champagne reception, a full afternoon tea, racecards, a TV showing some live racing, some Tote betting facilities, and finally a car parking voucher (1 per 2 guests).
Neither of these packages has a specific dress code. However, you and your guests/clients are still required to wear smart attire; for example, Gentlemen must wear a collared shirt, often paired with a lounge suit. Meanwhile, Ladies are also asked to dress smartly for this event. Please do bear in mind the weather on the day, and that NO denim, sportswear, or fancy dress is permitted.
There will be plenty of luxurious food on offer for you and your guests/clients throughout the day. Below is a sample menu of what you can expect.
- Starter: Salmon with yoghurt, together with some sunchoke chips, pickled cucumber, and blow-torched pink grapefruit, OR Blow-torched Goat’s cheese with honey whisky poached beets, and walnut.
- Main Course: Surrey Farm Roast Beef with purple sweet potato, honey and chilli apple, and with jus too, OR herb-crusted mushrooms, which are also served with some purple sweet potato, honey and chilli apple, and jus.
- Dessert: Magnum served with a rich chocolate ganache on orange crumb, honeycomb, orange gel, and some petals.
There will also be freshly brewed coffee and chocolate mints to enjoy.
