This May, Spring Garden returns to RHS Chelsea Flower Show (19-23 May 2026) with a fresh new culinary direction and two distinct hospitality experiences designed to suit every kind of celebration. Choose a sunny afternoon or a glamorous evening surrounded by the pinnacle of horticultural excellence.
Spring Meridian – The ultimate daytime celebration
Arrive at Chelsea as the showgrounds open in the morning for a gentle start, with a light breakfast and brunch cocktails waiting for you in one of Spring Garden’s beautifully designed dining rooms. The day unfolds at an unhurried pace, built around pleasure and good company.
By midday, a four-course lunch is served, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients prepared with the flair and precision you’d expect from chefs of this calibre. The afternoon drifts into afternoon tea in the dining room, while outside in the garden, Spanish small plates add a festive, sociable energy – tapas, sunshine, and great wine.
Throughout the day, a garden bar pours Champagne and handcrafted cocktails,while live entertainment and interactive garden experiences ensure there’s always something to enjoy. You’ll even have the run of the show grounds from 8 am, long before Spring Garden opens its doors at 9 am, giving you time to explore the legendary show gardens before settling in for the festivities.
Spring Nocturne – An evening to remember
If daytime feels too gentle for the occasion, Spring Nocturne turns Chelsea into something altogether more magical. The showgrounds open at 3:30 pm with a welcome Champagne cocktail – a fitting start to what promises to be an exceptional night.
Spring Garden comes alive at 6 pm with drinks and bar snacks on the terrace, while Spanish small plates are served al fresco in the garden. Ease into the evening with a glass in hand and flowers all around you. Then comes the Champagne and canapé reception before guests settle in for a four-course dinner – a feast marries Jeremy Chan’s precision with José Pizarro’s soulful warmth.
The bar stays open until 21:45, with live entertainment and interactive garden experiences running throughout, creating an electric feel from start to finish. It’s intimate, it’s glamorous, and the memories will stay with you long after.
Meet the Chefs at Chelsea Flower Show
This year’s menus are created by two of the most exciting names in British cuisine. Jeremy Chan, the visionary behind London’s two-Michelin-starred Ikoyi, brings his bold, ingredient-led cooking to the table alongside José Pizarro, whose warm, authentic Spanish flavours have made him one of the most beloved chefs of his generation. Together, they’ve crafted menus that are as exceptional as the show gardens themselves.
Which Experience is Right for You?
Spring Meridian is for those who want to savour every hour. A gentle morning gives way to a four-course lunch, afternoon tea, and Spanish small plates in the garden – a full day of exceptional food, great company, and the beauty of Chelsea in bloom around you.
Spring Nocturne is for those who come alive after dark. The evening builds beautifully – from terrace drinks and tapas to a candlelit dinner, shaped by two of the most exciting chefs working in Britain today.
Both experiences include live entertainment, interactive garden experiences, a garden bar with Champagne and handcrafted cocktails, a show programme, and private cloakroom facilities. Private dining rooms are available for parties of 40 or more, and private tables can be booked for groups of two or more.
