Andoni Iraola’s Bournemouth side is set to go toe to toe with a Nottingham Forest team who are currently led by their Portuguese Head Coach Nuno Espirito Santo at the historic Vitality Stadium during the 2025/26 Premier League season. This game is going to take place on Saturday, 25th October 2025. A win here would take them a step closer to realising their ambitions, which are to secure a top seven finish and to qualify for European Football for the first time in this club’s history.

The Vitality Stadium Hospitality Dress Code
For hospitality at Bournemouth’s Vitality Stadium, the dress code is generally smart casual. That usually means:
-
Men: Collared shirts, smart trousers or chinos, optional blazer; avoid sportswear, ripped jeans, or trainers.
-
Women: Dresses, skirts, smart trousers or blouses; again, avoid casual sportswear.
-
General: No football jerseys, hoodies, or caps.
Hospitality areas aim for a polished but relaxed environment—so you don’t need a suit unless you want to go extra formal.
Bournemouth, who are currently led by their Spanish Head Coach Andoni Iraola, are going to be taking on Nuno Espirito Santo’s Nottingham Forest side on the afternoon of Saturday, 25th October 2025, during the 2025/26 Premier League season.
If Bournemouth are indeed able to collect all three points against Forest, then it could prove crucial for their season, as they look to take a step closer to realising their ambitions for the current campaign, which are to secure a top seven finish in the Premier League which would see them qualify for European Football for the first time in the club’s extraordinary history.
The current Head Coach of the Cherries is, of course, Andoni Iraola, who has been in charge ever since his appointment by the South Coast club was officially confirmed back on Monday, 19th June 2023. He succeeded his English counterpart, Gary O’Neil, in the Vitality Stadium dugout, and the club has gone from strength to strength so far since the Spaniard’s arrival.
Iraola’s first full season in charge was, of course, the 2023/24 campaign, which saw him lead his side to an incredible points total of 48, which was a record for the club in the top flight of English Football – it was also enough to see them finish as high as 12th place in the Premier League as well. They would, however, go on to do even better in the season that followed.
Last season (2024/25), the Cherries, under the leadership of their Spanish Head Coach, were able to finish even higher in the league table than the season before, ending up in 9th place with as many as 56 points, which was another new record points total for the South Coast Club. They ended up missing out on qualifying for what would be a debut campaign in European Football, with them being 9 points below the top seven in the end.
It was a 2 – 1 victory against Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City side at the historic Vitality Stadium that was a standout result for Bournemouth last season. It was a game that took place back on the afternoon of Saturday 2nd November 2024, and it was goals from Antoine Semenyo (9’) and Evanilson (64’) who would score the goals either side of half time, whilst it was City’s Croatian international defender who scored the only goal of the game for the Cityzens to halve the deficit late on in the game in the second half, although it was not enough for them to make any sort of comeback in the game, in the end, thankfully for all those associated with Bournemouth (82’).
Moving on to Nottingham Forest, their current Head Coach is, of course, Nuno Espirito Santo, who was appointed to replace his English predecessor and fellow club favourite Steve Cooper back on Wednesday, 20th December 2023. In the latter half of the 2023/24 season, he managed to guide them to safety in the Premier League, avoiding relegation by a margin of just 6 points in the end, with them finishing down in 17th place after 38 games.
They then, in Nuno’s first full season in charge of Forest, go on to have an incredible 2024/25 campaign in the Premier League. They ended up winning 19, drawing 8, and losing 11 of their 38 games in total, which saw them finish as high as 7th place with a total of no less than 65 points to their name, and securing European Football as a result.
The last time that Bournemouth came face to face with Nottingham Forest in the Premier League was back on Saturday, 25th January 2025, in what was an emphatic and truly ruthless 5 – 0 victory for Iraola’s Cherries at the historic Vitality Stadium. The goal scorers on this day for the home side were the likes of Justin Kluivert (9’), Dango Ouattara (55’, 61’, 87’), and Antoine Semenyo (90+1’), with Ouattara scoring what was a simply sensational hat-trick in this game.
Overall, Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest have met competitively in all competitions on no less than 24 occasions, and it is the Cherries who currently have the superior record of as many as 10 victories in this fixture so far, whilst there have been 6 wins for Forest in matches against their South Coast counterparts. There have also been 8 draws between these two clubs to date, as of the time of writing.
