Bournemouth, who are currently led by their Spanish Head Coach Andoni Iraola, are going to be taking on Graham Potter’s West Ham United side at the historic and iconic Vitality Stadium during the 2025/26 Premier League season. It is a game that will take place on Saturday, 22nd November 2025. In the event of what would be a crucial victory for the Cherries, they would be taking a step closer to them realising their ambitions for the current campaign, which are to qualify for European Football for the very first time in the club’s extraordinary history via a top seven finish.

The Vitality Stadium Hospitality Dress Code
For hospitality at Bournemouth’s Vitality Stadium, the dress code is generally smart casual. That usually means:
-
Men: Collared shirts, smart trousers or chinos, optional blazer; avoid sportswear, ripped jeans, or trainers.
-
Women: Dresses, skirts, smart trousers or blouses; again, avoid casual sportswear.
-
General: No football jerseys, hoodies, or caps.
Hospitality areas aim for a polished but relaxed environment—so you don’t need a suit unless you want to go extra formal.
Andoni Iraola’s Bournemouth are going to be going head to head with a West Ham United side who are currently led by their English Head Coach Graham Potter on the afternoon of Saturday 22nd November 2025 at the historic Vitality Stadium on the South Coast during the 2025/26 Premier League season.
If the Cherries are indeed able to collect all three vital points that come with what would be a crucial victory, then they will be able to take a step closer to realising their ambitions for the current campaign, which are to successfully qualify for European Football for the first time in the club’s incredible history to date.
The current Head Coach of Bournemouth is, of course, the aforementioned Andoni Iraola, who has been in charge of the South Coast based club ever since his appointment was announced officially by the club back on Monday, 19th June 2023. The Spaniard succeeded his English counterpart, Gary O’Neil, in the dugout at the Vitality Stadium, and they have since gone from strength to strength since Iraola arrived at the English Club.
The 2023/24 campaign was his first full season in charge on the South Coast, and it saw the Spaniard lead them to what was a creditable 12th place finish after they had earned a total of no less than 48 points from their 38 games – this was also a historic achievement for the club, as this was the highest points total that the Cherries had ever reached in the top flight.
Last season was even better for Bournemouth under the management of Iraola, with them making more history for the club with their points total that they had managed to accumulate from their 38 games, which was 56 in total. This was enough to finish up in 9th place with them battling for European Football, which would be the very first time, but they did miss out on the top seven places in the league by a margin of 9 points overall, in the end.
One of the standout results from their most recent Premier League season was a 2 – 1 triumph against Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City at the Vitality Stadium back on the afternoon of Saturday 2nd November 2024. The goal scorers on the day for Bournemouth came via the likes of Antoine Semenyo (9’) and Evanilson (64’), whilst the only goal for City came from their Croatian international defender Josko Gvardiol late on in the second half (82’).
Moving on to West Ham United, their current Head Coach is, of course, Graham Potter, with the ex-Swansea City, Brighton, and Chelsea boss having been in charge of the Hammers ever since he was appointed by the London Club back on Thursday, 9th January 2025. He took over from his Spanish predecessor Julen Lopetegui, who had departed a short time before the arrival of his English counterpart.
The half season he had in charge last term saw him guide his side to a 14th place finish in the league with as many as 43 points from their 38 games that had been played throughout the campaign. The 2025/26 Premier League season will be his first full campaign in charge of the East London side.
The last time Bournemouth faced each other at West Ham United in the Premier League was on Saturday, 5th April 2025, at the London Stadium in the English Capital, resulting in a competitive and entertaining 2–2 draw between the two Premier League clubs. Evanilson scored both of the goals for Bournemouth (38’, 79’), whilst it was Niclas Fullkrug (61’) and Jarrod Bowen (68’) who scored the goals for the Hammers on that day (68’).
Overall, Bournemouth and West Ham United have met competitively in all competitions on no less than 22 occasions, and it is the Hammers who currently have the superior record of as many as 9 victories so far in this fixture, whilst the Cherries currently have 4 wins against their East London counterparts so far. There have also been 9 draws between these two sides to date, as of the time of writing.
