What is included on the multi-course menu in the VIP Tiger Roll Suite at Aintree Racecourse?

There is a tremendous amount of delicious and luxurious food on the multi-course menu as part of the VIP Tiger Roll Suite at Aintree Racecourse. On arrival, you and your guests/clients will receive champagne and strawberries (strawberry gazpacho, burrata, and mint).

We begin with Port of Lancaster hot-smoked salmon, accompanied by sweet and sour onions, lemon aioli pearls, and a yoghurt dressing.

This is then followed by a Contre-filet of locally sourced beef, beef fat, and Lancashire cheese rarebit (with Wirral watercress salsa, a butter-poached potato, and a Roscoff onion puree. Then there will be Milk and Honey, accompanied by panna cotta, gel, tuile, whipped ricotta, fennel, and lemon crumb.

Then, there is handpicked cheese from renowned dairy farms of England, including red, white, and blue cheeses with breads, biscuits, and fruits.

There will also be a light afternoon tea in the afternoon, which includes traditional, delicate sandwiches, fruit scones, fresh cream and strawberry preserve, seasonal afternoon pastries and cakes, teas, infusions, and coffee.
