Ascot Private Box Hospitality At Ascot Racecourse 2025 & 2026

Ascot Racecourse is renowned for hosting some of the most exciting fixtures in both codes of horse racing. A luxurious Ascot Box, located within the Grandstand, allows you to savour all the action, whilst enjoying the very best hospitality experience at the races.
Next up is the Big Ascot Food & Wine Race Weekend. It will be making its return to Ascot Racecourse from Friday 5th to Saturday 6th September 2025. Both days will be featuring some fantastic flat racing as well and there will be great food from a vast number of stalls that are situated around the racecourse. The Heritage Handicap on the Saturday is one of the standout races of the weekend.
Then comes the BetMGM Autumn Racing Weekend over the course of two days from Friday 3rd to Saturday 4th October 2025. Featuring the annual beer festival, and there will also be some tremendous racing taking place, with the standout races arguably being the Noel Murless Stakes on the Friday and the BetMGM Challenge Cup – the latter is currently richest seven furlong handicap in the UK.
Then on Saturday 18th October, the 2025 edition of the highly prestigious QIPCO British Champions Day will be taking place. It will be day full of extraordinary racing that will include some of the world’s best jockeys, horses and trainers who will be going head to head to win some of the sport’s most iconic races, with a number of them being Group 1 outings.
The Fireworks Spectacular Family Race Day will be returning to the historic Ascot Racecourse for 2025 on Saturday 1st November. There will not only be be a stunning display of more than 20,000 fireworks, the famous Gold Cup Handicap Chase will be also making its long awaited return.
The November Racing Weekend will then be taking from Friday 21st November to Saturday 22nd November 2025. Here, you will see some stars of the future, with each race featuring some of the world’s most promising novice hurdlers and chasers. There will be glory at stake for each of the horses, jockeys and trainers across the weekend in what will be an enjoyable weekend for all those in attendance!
In December, the fantastic Howden Christmas Racing Weekend will be taking place on Friday 19th December and Saturday 20th December 2025. On Friday, there will be a number of eye catching Grade 2 races that will include the Kennel Gate Novices’ Hurdle and the Howden Noel Novices’ Chase. Saturday also holds some prestige with the iconic Grade 1 Howden Long Walk Hurdle.
2026 will see the return of a number of famous race meetings. Action at Ascot will be getting back underway on Saturday 17th January with the latest renewal of the Clarence House Chase Race Day. This is a National Hunt Steeplechase that features horses aged five years or older racing over a distance of 2 miles and a furlong.
The latest renewal of the Betfair Ascot Chase Race Day, will be on Saturday 14th February 2026, with it once again taking place at the iconic and historic Ascot Racecourse. It is a crucial fixture in the jump racing season. It featured the prestigious Betfair Ascot Chase and the Reynoldstown Novices’ Chase, the latter of which is an opportunity to continue preparations for the Cheltenham Festival. This event features some established names, as well as some potential stars for the future.
Then comes the 2026 Spring Family Race Day on Sunday 29th March 2026. This is an event that sees the Jumps season out in style, and it features a number of enthralling races, as well as some great activities in what is a great day out for all.
On Friday 1st May 2026, the latest Ascot Trials Day will be taking place, where there will be a number of tremendous races to give an indicator as to who may come out on top at the highly coveted and historic Royal Ascot meeting in June. One of the standout races on the day is set to be the Commonwealth Cup Trial Stakes.
The Peroni Nastro Azzurro May Racing Weekend will be taking place over two days on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th May 2026. The main feature of the Saturday is the Victoria Cup, which holds an iconic status. It is a seven furlong heritage handicap most recently won by Saffie Osborne on board Hickory, who fended off competition from the likes of Rossa Ryan’s Qirat and Hollie Doyle’s Gleneagle Bay, who settled for second and third place finishes respectively in the end.
Then comes the iconic Royal Ascot Meeting for 2026, which will be taking place over the course of five days from Tuesday 16th to Saturday 20th June. No less than eight Group One races take place, and the most famous race is arguably the Ascot Gold Cup, which will be taking place on Ladies Day, which is on Thursday 18th June.
The most recent Ascot Gold Cup in 2025 was won by Trawlerman, with Jockey William Buick on board.
Next up will be the Summer Mile Race Weekend over the course of two days, from Friday 10th to Saturday 11th July 2026. There is an incredible atmosphere, alongside fabulous weather and enthralling racing at the historic Ascot Racecourse, making this a great event for all to attend.
The King George Weekend will be taking place from Friday 24th to Saturday 25th July 2026. The famous King George Day is set to return once more on the second day, the highlight of which is the Group 1 King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes, which were won in 2025 by Calandagan who was ridden by Jockey Mickael Barzalona.
The 2026 King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes will be Britain’s richest race with prize money for the winner standing at an incredible £2 million.
Next up will be the 2026 edition of the iconic Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup that is currently contested between Great Britain & Ireland, Europe, the Rest Of The World each year, as well as Asia who made a very successful debut in 2025, going on to lift the title after they were able to beat Europe by what was a margin of just one point in the end at this legendary racecourse. The 2026 edition taking place on Saturday 8th August. You will also enjoy musical acts from a number of famous artists.
Then, the 2026 Big Ascot Food & Wine Racing Weekend will then be taking place over two days, from Friday 4th to Saturday 5th September 2026. This is followed by the BetMGM Autumn Racing Weekend at the start of October, with it taking place next year from Friday 2nd to Saturday 3rd October 2026.
The much anticipated 2026 edition of British Champions Day is next, with this action packed day of action taking place on Saturday 17th October 2026. This is where some of the best jockeys and horses in the sport will be competing for glory, with there also being a number of Group 1 races to enjoy at one of the world’s most historic and iconic racecourses.
The Fireworks Spectacular Family Race Day then takes place on Saturday 31st October 2026 which promises to be a tremendous day of racing and fireworks.
Then comes the 2026 November Racing Weekend, scheduled to take place from Friday 20th to Saturday 21st November 2026. This promises to be a weekend of full of enthralling racing.
Finally, the Howden Christmas Racing Weekend for 2026 will then take place at the highly prestigious and iconic Ascot Racecourse, from Friday 18th to Saturday 19th December 2026. All in attendance will be in for a fantastic weekend of fun, festive racing at Ascot Racecourse.
