Found in the luxurious Royal Enclosure at the legendary and historic Ascot Racecourse, the Panoramic Restaurant VIP Hospitality Package has plenty to offer to enhance the experience for you and your guests/clients.
Here is what this package offers: Private Tables, Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne 2015 and canapes on arrival, a four course luncheon presented by two Michelin-star chef Raymond Blanc OBE, a complimentary bar throughout the day, a selection of fine wines paired by our official Sommelier for each course, Raymond Blanc Afternoon Tea served with Moet & Chandon Rosé Impérial Champagne, as well as one car park label per couple, a race card, a racing paper, betting facilities, and a tipster.
Please note that the complimentary bar also includes Moet & Chandon Impérial Champagne. Additionally, the selection of fine wines for each course is accompanied by a choice of liqueurs.
Additionally, private tables are available for a minimum of 2 guests and can accommodate parties of up to 12 guests at a time.

Yes – our VIP Panoramic Restaurant Hospitality Package is available for all five days of Royal Ascot in 2026, from Tuesday 16th June to Saturday 20th June 2026 at the iconic and historic Ascot Racecourse. Please note that prices are per person and are also subject to VAT.
The price starts at £ 1,600 per person plus VAT, which is for the Panoramic Restaurant Hospitality available on the fifth and final day (20th June 2026). Below are the prices in full for each day at the next edition of Royal Ascot.
Tuesday 16th June 2026: £1,900pp plus VAT.
Wednesday 17th June 2026: £1,900pp plus VAT.
Thursday 18th June 2026: £2,200pp plus VAT.
Friday 19th June 2026: £2,150pp plus VAT.
Saturday 20th June 2026: £1,600pp plus VAT.
What is the dress code for male guests in the VIP Panoramic Restaurant?
Gentlemen can wear a morning dress of black, grey, or navy material, accompanied by a waistcoat, necktie, a black or grey top hat, and black dress shoes worn with socks that cover the ankle. Note that for waistcoats and neckties, patterns of a patriotic nature are allowed.
For Boys aged between 13 and 17, they should wear a suit or jacket with a shirt and tie. Younger boys aged 12 or under should dress smartly, but are not required to wear a jacket or tie.
May I remove my top hat?
Yes, but top hats can only be removed in a restaurant, a private box, an enclosed seating area, a terrace, a balcony, or a garden.
What is the dress code for female guests in the Panoramic Restaurant at Royal Ascot in 2026?
Female guests in the VIP Panoramic Restaurant can wear a dress or a top with a skirt falling just above the knee or longer – lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted, whilst strapless and sheer strap dresses and tops are NOT permitted.
Ladies can also wear a jacket or pashmina (tops and dresses still need to comply with the dress code), as well as a trouser suit of matching material and colour, a jumpsuit that falls below the knee and complies with the shoulder strap requirements (minimum width – 1 inch/2.5cm), whilst hats must also be worn.
Headpieces and hatinators must have a minimum base diameter of 4 inches (10cm).
Additionally, girls aged 17 or under are to be dressed for a formal occasion, with smart summer dresses suggested. Hats, headpieces, and hatinators can be worn but are not compulsory.
