As Official Hospitality Suppliers (OHS) directly appointed by Ascot Racecourse, we are excited to provide hospitality at the Trackside Restaurant. Just a short walk from the Parade Ring, this facility is located in the heart of all the actions, offering more than what meets the eye. Guests of the Trackside Restaurant can also enjoy access to the Royal Enclosure Gardens, Ascot afternoon tea and much more.
The dress code at the Trackside Restaurant, located in the distinguished Royal Enclosure, is strict and applies to all male and female guests throughout the day.
Starting with Gentlemen, it is advised that they wear morning dress in black, grey, or navy, whilst waistcoats and neckties can also be worn. Top hats are required and must be black or grey, whilst black dress shoes are to be worn with socks that cover the ankle.
Additionally, please note that patriotic patterns, for example, a national flag, are acceptable for waistcoats or bow ties. Top hats can be removed only in a restaurant, a private box, an enclosed external seating area, a terrace, a balcony, or a garden.
As for Ladies, it is advised to wear a dress or a top with a skirt that falls just above the knee or longer, a jacket or pashmina, a trouser suit of matching material and colour, a jumpsuit that falls below the knee and complies with the shoulder strap requirements, and a hat, headpiece, or hatinator.
Lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted, whilst shoulder straps must be at least 1 inch (2.5cm) wide. All tops and dresses worn beneath a jacket or pashmina must comply with the dress code, and a hat, headpiece, or hatinator must have a minimum diameter of 4 inches/10cm.

Guests can enjoy a fabulous five-course dinner with a traditional Ascot afternoon tea. The Trackside’s 40m balcony and private garden running adjacent to the track, making it different from any other Ascot Racecourse hospitality facility. Amuse-bouche: Chilled heirloom tomato and lovage soup with a balsamic crumb.
Starters: Severn and Wye salmon, blackened cucumber, cucumber ketchup, horseradish, buttermilk sauce, duck liver parfait, grape gel, candied walnut, celery, sourdough croute, Wye Valley asparagus, pea panna cotta, summer bean salad, and truffle.
Main Courses: Fillet of beef, butter confit potato, cauliflower purée, tenderstem broccoli, peppercorn sauce, fruits de mer, kiln roasted salmon, king prawns, beetroot Gravlax, smoked salmon, fennel slaw, Jersey Royals, and summer leaf salad.
Cheese: Ascot Signature Dutamor, Tunworth, Snowdonia Red Storm and Cote Hill blue, apricot membrillo, and Peter’s Yard mixed crispbreads, Lavazza coffee, Fortnum & Mason tea infusions, and Charbonnel et Walker petits fours.
Afternoon tea: Accompanied by a vast selection of sandwiches and pastries, with some Lavazza Coffee and Fortnum & Mason tea infusions also being included.
The order of running for Royal Ascot in 2026 has not been made public as of yet. We expect Ascot Racecourse to announce the schedule for races across the five days in early 2026.

What is included in the Trackside Restaurant VIP Hospitality Package for Royal Ascot in 2026?
Our VIP Trackside Restaurant Hospitality Package has plenty to offer you and your guests/clients on any of the five days of Royal Ascot in 2026 at Ascot Racecourse.
This package includes private tables, a Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne 2015 with some canapes on arrival, a four course luncheon presented by Michelin two star chef Raymond Blanc OBE, a complimentary bar throughout the day, a selection of fine wines paired by our official Sommelier for each course followed by a selection of liqueurs, Raymond Blanc Afternoon Tea, one car park label per couple, a racecard, a racing paper, betting facilities, and a tipster.
Please note that the private tables are for parties of up to 18 guests at any one time, with a minimum of 2 guests. Additionally, the aforementioned Raymond Blanc Afternoon Tea is served with Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial Champagne.

The dress code for Royal Ascot in 2026 is rigorous, with the VIP Trackside Restaurant located in the iconic Royal Enclosure at Ascot Racecourse.
Gentlemen can wear morning dress in black, grey, or navy, a waistcoat, a necktie, a black or grey top hat, and black dress shoes with socks that reach the ankle. Not that for waistcoats and neckties, patriotic patterns are acceptable.

What are the key timings for the day with the Trackside Restaurant Package at Ascot?
The gates will open promptly at 10:30am, with lunch service at 12pm, followed by the first race of the day at 2:30pm, with the enthralling action likely to finish with the seventh and final race taking place that evening at 6:10 pm.
After the action has come to an end, there will be a sing-along around the Bandstand, where you and your guests can sing along to a selection of classics chosen by the Band of the Grenadier Guards.
