Where are the Final Fence Boxes located at Cheltenham Racecourse?
This facility is situated alongside the course on the first floor, offering you and your guests a panoramic view of the racecourse. You and your guests/clients will not miss a single moment of the enthralling racing that takes place throughout the day.
What is included in the VIP Final Fence Package for the 2026 Cheltenham Festival?
Our VIP Final Fence Hospitality Package has plenty to offer to enhance your and your clients’ experience of the superb Cheltenham Festival, which is set to make its much-anticipated return in March 2026.
This package includes: Club admission badges, reserved car parking at Cheltenham Racecourse (1 per 2 guests), morning coffee and biscuits on arrival, a four course luncheon served with selected wines followed by port and brandy, a full afternoon tea, a complimentary bar of beers, wines, spirits, and soft drinks, as well as a souvenir race card, daily newspapers, plasma TV screens, and dedicated toilet facilities.
There will also be an experienced event management team that includes a VIP hostess service.
What is on the menu for the four-course luncheon in the Final Fence Box Package at Cheltenham?
There is much to enjoy in your four-course luncheon with the Final Fence Boxes package – below is a sample menu to give you an idea of what you can expect:
Starter: Smoked Chalk Stream Trout blini with roe and wasabi aioli.
Main: Rump of Lamb with smoked carrot, cauliflower cheese, greens, and mead jus.
Dessert: Chaxhill Red Apple Delice with caramel and maple syrup.
The Cheltenham Cheeseboard comes served with apricots, grapes, chutney, and biscuits. Additionally, you and your guests will also be served some Fresh Hobbs House Bakery bread with butter.
What is the dress code for the VIP Final Fence Hospitality Package?
Whilst there is no formal dress code in place for this package, the minimum attire requirement is smart casual. As an example, male guests often wear a collared shirt with a tie – it is advised that you wrap up warm, though this is dependent on the weather.
Fancy dress is NOT allowed in the hospitality or restaurant facilities, as well as the club enclosure. Note that fancy dress is permitted in other areas of the racecourse (as long as it isn’t offensive), though the racecourse does reserve the right to deny entry if this is deemed necessary.
When should I arrive?
The racecourse opens its gates at 10:30am, but the facility itself will open for you and your guests/clients at 10:45am, where you will be served some morning coffee and biscuits upon your arrival into the facility.
