Where is The Venue Hospitality located?
You can find the hospitality facilities for The Venue at Cheltenham for the Cheltenham Festival and its other iconic events in the courtyard area of the Official Tented Festival Hospitality Village at the racecourse.
The atmosphere is high-end, but relaxed, making it not only a great way to enjoy the world-class horse racing action with your guests, but it is also ideal for networking with clients, entertaining colleagues or employees, as well as celebrating a special occasion with your family and friends.
How much will The Venue Hospitality cost for each day at the Cheltenham Festival?
For each of the four days of the iconic Cheltenham Festival for 2026, prices for hospitality at The Venue differ. Prices start at £459 per person plus VAT, which is for the second day, Wednesday, which is for Ladies Day.
Below are our prices for each day of the 2026 Cheltenham Festival:
Day One – Champion Day (Tuesday 10th March): £479pp plus VAT
Day Two – Ladies Day (Wednesday 11th March): £459pp plus VAT
Day Three – St. Patrick’s Thursday (Thursday 12th March): £499pp plus VAT
Day Four – Gold Cup Day (Friday 13th March): £599pp plus VAT
The fourth and final day arguably holds the most prestige, with the iconic and historic Cheltenham Gold Cup taking place on the Friday at the 2026 Cheltenham Festival.
What does The Venue Hospitality Package include?
Experience the incredible and memorable benefits of our The Venue VIP Hospitality Package with your guests, no matter which day (or days!) you choose to attend the Cheltenham Festival.
It includes: Live Entertainment from David ‘Yosser’ Hughes, club admission badges, morning coffee and biscuits on arrival, a four course luncheon with wines and liquors, a full afternoon tea, a complimentary bar of beers, wines, spirits, and soft drinks, racing newspapers, a race card, reserved car parking labels at the racecourse (1 per 4 guests), Plasma televisions, Event documentation, and a VIP hostess service.
Is there a dress code for The Venue?
Whilst there is no formal dress code, you are still expected to wear smart clothing; for example, men tend to wear a collared shirt and tie. Note that you are not allowed to wear fancy dress in the hospitality facility, as well as in the restaurants, or in the club enclosure, though it is allowed in other areas (as long as it is not offensive).
It is also advised by the racecourse that you wrap up warm for the afternoon’s racing on each day of the Cheltenham Festival in 2026 (weather dependent).
What is the Itinerary for The Venue Hospitality?
Below is a sample itinerary for all those who choose to purchase our VIP The Venue Hospitality Package for the 2026 Cheltenham Festival.
10:30 – Gates Open.
10:45 – Facility Opens, Morning Coffee and biscuits on arrival.
12:15 – Lunch is served.
13:20 – The first race starts.
16:00 – The Feature Race for the day gets underway.
16:25 – Afternoon Tea.
17:20 – Last Race (Bar closes once this final race commences.)
18:15 – Carriages.
