The Cheltenham racing season draws towards its conclusion with Race Night on Friday 30th April 2027.
Race Night provides a different atmosphere to many of Cheltenham’s daytime fixtures, combining an evening of racing with the opportunity to enjoy the unique surroundings of Prestbury Park.
We are Official Hospitality Providers who are directly appointed by Cheltenham Racecourse.

Set on the fifth level of the Grandstand and overlooking the winning post, the Panoramic Restaurant provides floor-to-ceiling windows and elevated views across the course.
Enjoy the final meeting of the Cheltenham season with coffee and biscuits, a five-course à la carte menu and an Eventmasters Hospitality Package.
Many guests like to dress up for a day at Cheltenham.
Gentlemen will often wear a jacket and tie, while ladies may choose dresses or smart countryside wear.
There is no strict dress code, however, and smart casual attire is acceptable.
Coats are recommended.
SAMPLE ITINERARY for DAYTIME RACING:
10:30am – Gates Open
Guests arrive at Cheltenham Racecourse and make their way to the Panoramic Restaurant.

SAMPLE ITINERARY FOR NIGHT TIME RACING:
3:00 PM – Gates open; food stalls, bars, and hospitality areas welcome guests.
4:35 PM – The first race gets underway (seven hunter chases run through the evening).
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Core racing action, trackside viewing, and socialising between heats.
8:05 PM – The final race of the card and season finale.
8:20 PM onward – Live post-racing entertainment (such as guest music acts or stage performances) and bars close later in the evening
