Welcome in 2027 at Cheltenham Racecourse with a day of competitive jump racing on Friday 1st January.

The Horseshoe Pavilion, situated in The Village with direct access to the Parade Ring, provides an excellent setting from which to enjoy the first racing action of the New Year.

We are Official Hospitality Providers who are directly appointed by Cheltenham Racecourse.

Morning

Arrival coffee and fresh biscuits.

 

Reception

Champagne or Prosecco reception on arrival.

 

Starter

Seasonal local starter, such as locally sourced smoked fish or an artisanal tart.

 

Main Course

Chef-designed regional meat, fish or vegetarian main dish using local farms and ingredients.

 

Dessert

Rich signature dessert or pudding.

 

Cheese

Regional Cheltenham cheeseboard with crackers and chutney.

 

Afternoon

Light afternoon tea served later in the day.

10:30am: Gates open and the racecourse welcomes guests.

10:45am: Morning coffee and biscuits served at your private or shared table.

12:00pm: Three-course menu is served.

1:20pm: The first race of the day gets underway.

3:30pm: Light afternoon tea is served during the later afternoon racing schedule.

5:20pm: The final race of the day takes place.

6:00pm: Facility closes and guests depart.

New Year’s Day Racing provides an opportunity to begin 2027 at Cheltenham Racecourse, with the Horseshoe Pavilion offering a lively and informal setting close to the action.

Situated behind the Champagne Bar in The Village, the facility provides easy access to the Parade Ring and other racecourse facilities.

The New Year’s Day package includes morning coffee and biscuits, a three-course menu and light afternoon tea.

Please note that drinks are not included in the New Year’s Day package.

The Horseshoe Pavilion offers private tables for all parties, alongside a casual and engaging atmosphere that works particularly well for groups and corporate entertaining.

The Horseshoe Pavilion provides a convenient base for enjoying New Year’s Day Racing, with its position in The Village placing guests close to the Parade Ring.

Guests can enjoy morning coffee and biscuits before sitting down to a three-course menu, followed by light afternoon tea later in the day.

Unlike the November Meeting and Cheltenham Festival packages, drinks are not included in the New Year’s Day package.
