Bon Jovi to Rock Wembley Stadium Across Three Nights on Forever Tour

For three nights in September 2026, Wembley Stadium will swap football for fist-pumping rock anthems as Bon Jovi bring their Forever Tour to London.

The legendary American band will perform at Wembley Stadium on Friday 4th September, Sunday 6th September, and Wednesday 9th September 2026, with fans expected to turn the famous stadium into one giant singalong.

Few bands are capable of filling a venue the size of Wembley across multiple nights more than 40 years into their career, but Bon Jovi remain one of rock music’s great stadium acts. From Livin’ on a Prayer to It’s My Life, their catalogue has become part of rock history, and their return to London is already shaping up to be one of the biggest live music events of next year.

From New Jersey Bars to Wembley Stadium

Long before the sold-out stadium tours and worldwide fame, frontman Jon Bon Jovi was playing music as a teenager in New Jersey, USA. One of his earliest bands nearly had the name “Johnny Electric” before Bon Jovi eventually became the identity that would conquer global rock music.

Their journey truly began in the early 1980s after the release of Runaway, a song that became a breakthrough hit before the full Bon Jovi lineup had even properly formed. Jon originally recorded the track using session musicians before Richie Sambora, Tico Torres, David Bryan, and Alec John Such officially completed the band.

Within only a few years, Bon Jovi had exploded into global superstardom.

The Album That Changed Everything

In 1986, the release of Slippery When Wet turned Bon Jovi from a successful rock band into worldwide icons.

The album spent eight weeks at number one on the Billboard 200 and produced two of the biggest rock songs ever recorded: You Give Love a Bad Name and Livin’ on a Prayer. Nearly four decades later, both tracks remain staples of rock radio, football stadium playlists, and live concerts across the world.

On Spotify alone, Bon Jovi attract more than 30 million monthly listeners, proving their music continues to reach new generations of fans. Livin’ on a Prayer remains their standout streaming hit, alongside classics like Always, Wanted Dead or Alive, and It’s My Life.

Wembley Awaits Another Huge Atmosphere

Bon Jovi have built their reputation on massive live performances, and Wembley Stadium feels like a natural home for their music.

The Forever Tour promises a setlist packed with era-defining rock hits, emotional ballads, and stadium-sized choruses designed for tens of thousands of fans to sing back at full volume. The scale of the production, combined with Wembley’s iconic setting, should create an atmosphere worthy of one of rock’s most enduring bands.

The group were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018, cementing their place among the greatest acts in rock history alongside Queen, AC/DC, and The Beatles.

More Than 40 Years of Hits

Across 15 studio albums, Bon Jovi have produced a remarkable list of global hits including:

  • Bed of Roses
  • Keep the Faith
  • Bad Medicine
  • Always
  • Who Says You Can’t Go Home
  • Have a Nice Day
  • Wanted Dead or Alive

The band’s most recent album, Forever, arrived in 2024 and gives the current tour its name, showing that Bon Jovi are still producing new music while continuing to celebrate the songs that made them legends.

A Huge London Event for Rock Fans

With three Wembley Stadium dates confirmed, Bon Jovi’s return to London is expected to attract fans from across the UK and internationally.

For many, the shows will be a chance to relive decades of memories attached to some of rock music’s most recognisable songs. For others, especially younger fans discovering the band through streaming platforms and social media, it could be a first opportunity to experience one of rock’s greatest live acts in person.

Either way, Wembley Stadium is set for three unforgettable nights when Bon Jovi arrive in September 2026.
