In his first half-season, he took the Eagles to 13 matches, winning 7 of them and drawing and losing three times each. This superb run of form lifted the South London Club to a very solid 10th-place finish with a grand total of 49 points from their 38 matches.

These two clubs have gone head to head in all competitions a total of 62 times – and it is the Toffees who have the most wins in this fixture with a total of 26 victories compared with the Eagles’ total of 15. There have been 21 draws between these two teams as of the time of writing.
