Igor Tudor’s Tottenham Hotspur will welcome a Crystal Palace side led by their Austrian Head Coach, Oliver Glasner, at the iconic Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, located in the heart of North London, during the 2025/26 Premier League season.

This season sees Spurs look to finish as high as possible in the league and progress as far as they can in the Champions League this term, and they know that a win against their South London counterparts would most certainly aid their efforts to do just that.

And, as a result, the atmosphere for this match in the Premier League will be electric for what promises to be enthralling and very competitive between two teams who like to play attractive football.

Last season (2024/25), was Ange Postecoglou’s second and final campaign in charge of Spurs. The main highlight of this campaign was the 2025 UEFA Europa League Final victory for Spurs, who were able to beat fellow Premier League club Manchester 1 – 0 in Bilbao, Spain. It was Brennan Johnson who scored the only goal of the game, scoring the winning goal for Tottenham late on in the first half (42’). Postecoglou left the club shortly after the conclusion of the 2024/25 season.

In June 2025, Spurs announced that his successor, former Brentford boss Thomas Frank, had left the Bees in order to take over at the North London Club. Unfortunately for the Danish Head Coach, following a bad run of form in the league, he was dismissed by the Lilywhites, with the club announcing that Frank had left on Wednesday 11th February 2026.

It did not take long for Tottenham to officially name his successor in the dugout at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with Croatian Head Coach Igor Tudor taking charge of the North London Club on a deal that lasts until the 2025/26 Premier League has officially reached its conclusion.

The appointment of Tudor was confirmed on Saturday 14th February 2026. In his managerial career so far, he has taking charge of some big club in Europe, including the likes of Hadjuk Split, Galatasaray, Marseille, Lazio, and most recently Italian giants Juventus.

Starting with his time with Marseille, Igor Tudor led them to a very respectable 3rd place finish after his side were able to accumulate as many as 73 points from their 38 games in total in the French top flight in the 2022/23 season, which was enough for them to secure UEFA Champions League football. Only Lens (on 84 points) and Champions PSG (on 85 points) finished above them.

Then came his spell with Lazio in Italy’s Serie A, guiding them up the table in the final few months of the 2023/24 season to ensure that they did at least secure European Football through qualification for the UEFA Europa League following what was a 7th place finish with 61 points to their name, narrowly behind rivals Roma. They were 7 points adrift of Champions League qualification in the end.

Then, in Igor Tudor’s most recent role in senior club management, he led Juventus in the 2024/25 season, leading them up to 4th place with 70 points to their name in the final weeks of the season to secure Champions League qualification after finishing just one point above AS Roma in 5th place.

Moving on to Crystal Palace, their Austrian Head Coach Oliver Glasner has been in charge ever since he succeeded Roy Hodgson on 19th February 2024. In his first few months in charge, he led Palace to safety with a 10th place finish with 49 points to their name after he managed to lead them away from a relegation battle.

The 2024/25 season was Glasner’s first full campaign in charge of the club, and he made history with them by beating Manchester City in the 2025 FA Cup Final to win their first-ever major trophy in the entirety of their history. It secured qualification for the 2025/26 UEFA Europa League.

In the Premier League last season, Crystal Palace managed to finish in 12th place with a points total that stood at 53 in the end, once all 38 games had been played in the English top flight.

Overall, Spurs and Crystal Palace have gone head to head on no less than 68 occasions, and it is Tottenham Hotspur who currently have the most victories in this fixture with 38 whilst Palace have 15 wins to their name so far, as of the time of writing. There have also been 15 draws to date between the Lilywhites and the Eagles.
