Official Ascot Racecourse Corporate Hospitality Packages 2026/27

Founded by Queen Anne in 1711, Ascot Racecourse has developed into one of the most celebrated venues in British horse racing, combining more than 300 years of history with an impressive programme of Flat and National Hunt racing.

Located in Berkshire, close to Windsor Castle, Ascot has long been associated with the British Royal Family and is particularly famous for its annual Royal Meeting, which attracts leading horses, jockeys and trainers from across the world.

The racecourse hosts major racing fixtures throughout the year, with the Flat season providing some of the biggest occasions of the British sporting summer before National Hunt racing takes centre stage during the winter months.

Among the highlights of the 2027 calendar is Royal Ascot, taking place from Tuesday 15th to Saturday 19th June. The five-day meeting features eight Group 1 races, including the famous Ascot Gold Cup on Thursday 17th June, alongside the traditional Royal Procession and the distinctive atmosphere of the Royal Meeting.

Another major summer fixture is King George Day on Saturday 24th July 2027. The Group 1 King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes remains one of Europe’s leading middle-distance races, regularly bringing together outstanding three-year-olds and older horses.

Autumn brings Qatar Racing British Champions Day on Saturday 16th October 2027, providing a major finale to the British Flat racing season. The meeting traditionally features five Group 1 contests, including the Champion Stakes and Queen Elizabeth II Stakes, with some of the sport’s leading performers competing for major honours.

Ascot also stages important National Hunt meetings, including the Clarence House Chase Race Day in January, Betfair Ascot Chase Race Day in February and the popular Howden Christmas Racing Weekend in December.

Alongside its racing programme, Ascot is famous for its long-standing traditions and formal race-day fashion, particularly during Royal Ascot. The venue’s historic setting, modern Grandstand and extensive hospitality facilities make it a popular destination for corporate entertaining and special occasions throughout the year.
