Pavilion – Royal Ascot Corporate Hospitality 2027
Eventmasters is delighted to offer Royal Ascot hospitality from the Ascot Pavilion, available from Tuesday 15th to Saturday 19th June 2027 at Ascot Racecourse as an Official Hospitality Supplier (OHS) appointed directly by Ascot Racecourse.
Pavilion One is ideally positioned within the facility, featuring a private balcony overlooking the Plaza Lawns and providing a relaxed but premium base for the day. Guests can enjoy a three-course lunch, complimentary bar service and traditional afternoon tea before heading trackside to the Grandstand and Parade Ring to follow the racing up close.
Thursday, known as Ladies’ Day, brings an added highlight to the week, combining high fashion with top-class racing, including the historic Gold Cup. It remains one of the most popular days of the meeting, particularly when experienced from the Pavilion.
