The private box offered in this package is situated on level three of the main Grandstand, located in the Queen Anne Enclosure. The box features a viewing balcony offering incredible views of the finishing straight. You will not miss a moment of the action throughout the day.
What is the minimum booking for the Royal Ascot Private Box?
The minimum booking for a VIP Private Box Hospitality Package is 10, though the private boxes on offer can also support parties made up of 12 and 18 people. Please do note, though, that a party of 18 guests can be given a buffet service.

What is the dress code for the Royal Ascot Private Box for 2026?
The dress code for the Queen Anne Enclosure is smart casual. Find details below:
Ladies can wear a dress or top and shirt with shoulder or halter neck straps (lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted, no minimum length, a trouser suit of matching material and colour, a jumpsuit that falls below the knee (ensure that this also complies with shoulder strap requirements), as well as a hat or fascinator.
Girls aged 10 to 16 should dress formally, and it is suggested that a smart summer dress is worn, and hats, fascinators, and headpieces are not compulsory.
Gentlemen are to wear a suit with a collared shirt and tie; bow ties or cravats are not permitted. Jackets and trousers should match in colour and pattern; socks must be worn at all times and must cover the ankles. Please note that jeans, chinos, and trainers are NOT acceptable.
Boys aged 13 to 16 should wear a jacket or suit with a shirt and tie, whilst younger boys aged 12 or younger should wear smartly, but no jacket or tie is required.
