The November Meeting returns to Cheltenham Racecourse from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th November 2026, bringing three days of competitive jump racing to Prestbury Park.
Located close to the Hall of Fame, the Gold Cup Restaurant provides an ideal base for the day, with easy access to the main viewing Grandstand and Parade Ring.
We are Official Hospitality Providers who are directly appointed by Cheltenham Racecourse.
We are delighted to offer our Gold Cup Restaurant Package on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th November 2026.
Combining casual dining with convenient access to the racing, the Gold Cup Restaurant offers an excellent setting for enjoying The November Meeting with clients, colleagues, family and friends.
For Men: Suits, tailored jackets or tweed blazers, collared shirts and smart trousers or dark denim. Ties are common in hospitality but not mandatory.
For Women: Country-smart outfits, trousers, dresses or tweed skirts layered with wool, cashmere or stylish coats.
Footwear: Sturdy boots, brogues or block heels work best because walking on outdoor grounds and temporary pathways is required.
10:30am: Gates open; guests arrive at the racecourse and head to the restaurant.
11:00am: Buck’s Fizz on arrival.
12:00pm: Buffet lunch service begins.
1:30pm: The first race begins. Guests can easily step out to view the action at the Parade Ring or main Grandstand.
3:30pm: Light afternoon tea is served during the afternoon racing.
5:30pm: The final race concludes.
6:00pm: Facilities close and guests depart the racecourse.
Please note that all timings are approximate and may be subject to change.
