Champions Gallery Restaurant Hospitality
The Champions Gallery Restaurant provides a premium shared hospitality experience at Newmarket, combining restaurant dining with excellent views of the racing on the Rowley Mile.
Guests can choose between the Classic Experience, Premier Experience and VIP Experience, allowing groups to select the level of hospitality that best suits their raceday.
The Classic Experience includes a two-course à la carte meal, racecourse and restaurant admission, a racecard, table drinks service, tea and coffee after the meal, live racing coverage and Tote betting facilities.

The Cambridgeshire Meeting takes place on the Rowley Mile at Newmarket Racecourse, one of the most important venues in British Flat racing.
Newmarket has been closely associated with racing for centuries and is widely regarded as the home of British Flat racing. King Charles II played an important role in the development of racing in Newmarket during the 17th century, with the historic Newmarket Town Plate first staged in 1666.
The Cambridgeshire Handicap was first run in 1839 and has since developed into one of the best-known handicaps of the British Flat season.
Run over nine furlongs on the Rowley Mile, the race traditionally attracts a large field and forms the first leg of the historic Autumn Double, with the Cesarewitch Handicap following later in Newmarket’s autumn programme.

The most recent Cambridgeshire Meeting took place from Thursday 24th to Saturday 26th September 2026, with the feature handicap bringing the three-day meeting to a dramatic conclusion.
Pierre Royal entered the 2026 Cambridgeshire Handicap as a 33/1 chance for trainer Ado McGuinness, with Mikey Sheehy taking the ride.
After being held up towards the rear of the field, Pierre Royal began to make progress inside the final two furlongs before challenging Crest Of Fire in the closing stages.
The pair were separated by the narrowest of margins, with Pierre Royal getting his head in front on the line to win by a short head.
Crest Of Fire finished second for trainer Jack Channon and jockey Tom Marquand, while 100/1 chance Altareq was another head behind in third.
The victory saw Pierre Royal succeed Boiling Point as the winner of the Cambridgeshire Handicap after Karl Burke’s runner landed the race in 2025.
