Craven Cottage Hospitality Dress Code

The dress code for the Sky Deck at Fulham’s Craven Cottage is smart casual.

Acceptable attire typically includes smart jeans, chinos, and collared shirts. However, there are a few strict rules to keep in mind:

No Away Colours: Strictly no shirts or apparel representing the opposing team.

Footwear: Smart trainers are generally acceptable, but ripped/torn denim, leisurewear, and flip-flops are strongly discouraged or prohibited.

Team Allegiances: Home colours (Fulham gear) are perfectly fine.

One of the highlights of the campaign was the emergence of academy graduate Josh King for Fulham, who established himself as a regular first-team player and made 38 appearances across all competitions.

There has also been a significant change in the Fulham dugout ahead of the new season, with former Real Madrid defender Álvaro Arbeloa appointed as the club’s new head coach. Arbeloa impressed during his time working within Real Madrid’s academy before taking charge of the first team, building a reputation for high-intensity pressing, attacking football and developing young players.

The Spaniard brings considerable pedigree to west London, having won the UEFA Champions League twice with Real Madrid and the FIFA World Cup with Spain during his playing career. The Fulham job represents his first full managerial role in the Premier League.

Fulham have also strengthened their squad during the summer, bringing in several young players with significant potential. Gonzalo García has joined from Real Madrid for a reported £34.5 million, with the 22-year-old centre-forward adding another attacking option to Arbeloa’s squad. César Palacios has also arrived from Real Madrid for around £8.6 million, while 18-year-old forward Jonah Kusi-Asare has made the move from Bayern Munich for approximately £5.2 million.

The Cottagers have also invested in midfield, signing Northern Ireland international Shea Charles from Southampton for £35 million. The 22-year-old midfielder arrives after gaining Championship experience and will provide another option in the centre of the pitch.

AFC Wimbledon will make the short journey to Craven Cottage looking to produce a Carabao Cup upset against Premier League opposition.

The Dons finished 19th in League One last season, recording 15 wins, eight draws and 23 defeats from their 46 league matches. Marcus Browne was their leading scorer during the campaign with 14 goals.

Wimbledon have made a number of changes to their squad over the summer as they look to improve on last season’s league campaign. Zack Nelson has joined from Luton Town on a free transfer, while experienced defender Dan Sweeney has arrived from Stevenage and right-back Steven Sessegnon has moved to the club following his departure from Wigan Athletic.

James Tilley has also joined from Wycombe Wanderers, while striker Jayden Stockley has arrived from Port Vale. The Dons have further added to their midfield options with the loan signing of 18-year-old Ollie Harrison from Chelsea’s Under-21 side.

Wimbledon booked their place in the second round in dramatic fashion, eventually overcoming Newport County on penalties. They will now be hoping to carry that momentum into another difficult cup assignment against Fulham.

The two sides will meet with a place in the third round at stake, giving supporters the chance to enjoy a London derby atmosphere at Craven Cottage. For those looking to make more of the occasion, official Fulham hospitality packages provide premium seating and an enhanced matchday experience at the historic west London stadium.
