The dress code for hospitality facilities at Anfield Stadium is smart casual to ensure a formal atmosphere.

As Anfield offers elite Liverpool hospitality services, why not look the part? Avid Liverpool FC supporters will be glad to know that they can still deck out in your favourite team’s jerseys; however, you will be expected to maintain formal attire to reflect the sophisticated hospitality suites.

Hospitality guests are not permitted to wear ripped denim or tracksuits. Please be aware that if you are arriving at The Beautiful Game, there is a smart casual dress code, and trainers, football shirts, and tracksuits are not permitted.

One of the standout fixtures of the 2025/26 campaign will see last season’s top two go head to head when Arne Slot’s Liverpool take on an Arsenal side led by their Spanish Head Coach Mikel Arteta at the iconic Anfield during the 2025/26 Premier League season. Victory for either club would give them an advantage in the title race this term.

All three points here in this game for the Reds would see them take a step closer to a second consecutive top flight title, which would also be the 21st in their illustrious history. This would break a record for the most top flight titles in English Football League history, this is a record that they currently jointly hold with fierce rivals Manchester United.

The current Liverpool Boss Arne Slot has been in charge ever since his appointment back on 20th May 2024, with the Dutchman officially taking charge on 1st June 2024, succeeding club legend Jurgen Klopp. The 2024/25 campaign was to be his first full season in charge of the Merseyside club following his arrival from Feyenoord.

It was an incredible first season for Slot and Liverpool, with the Reds becoming Premier League Champions for the second time – this was also the club’s 20th top flight title of all time, matching a record that had been set by their fierce rivals Manchester United. The table saw them finish on 84 points with a margin of no less than 10 points between themselves and Arsenal in second place in the end.

Some of the key results from last season for the Reds included wins against the likes of Manchester United (3 – 0), Chelsea (2 – 1), Manchester City (2 – 0),  Newcastle United (2 – 0), Everton (1 – 0), and finally Spurs (3 – 6 & 5 – 1). The 5 – 1 win against Tottenham late on in the season is the result that secured Liverpool the title.

Moving on to Arsenal, their Spanish Head Coach Mikel Arteta has been in charge ever since his appointment was announced back in October 2022, succeeding Unai Emery at the North London Club.

Fast forward to the 2022/23 season, the Gunners finished 2nd for the first time under Arteta, earning a total of 84 points. They then went on to finish as runners-up in every season that followed, earning 89 points in the 2023/24 season and then 74 points last season. Arsenal lost out twice to Manchester City before losing out to Liverpool last term.

In the Champions League, Arsenal did manage to reach the Semi Finals, where they were knocked out by the eventual winners PSG in the last four. Their run did include a historic and thoroughly deserved 5 – 1 triumph on aggregate against 15 time European Champions Real Madrid over two legs.

The last time that Liverpool and Arsenal met face to face in a competitive fixture came on 11th May 2025 at Anfield, where the two clubs played out a 2 – 2 draw on the red side of Merseyside. Cody Gakpo (20’) and Luis Diaz (21’) both scored for the Reds, whilst it was Gabriel Martinelli (47’) and Mikel Merino (69’) who scored both of the goals for the Gunners on that day.

Overall, these two clubs have met competitively on a grand total of 244 occasions, and it is Liverpool who has the superior record of 95 victories compared with Arsenal’s current tally of 83 so far as of the time of writing, whilst there have also been 66 draws between these two teams to date.
