The dress code for hospitality facilities at Anfield Stadium is smart casual to ensure a formal atmosphere.

As Anfield offers elite Liverpool hospitality services, why not look the part? Avid Liverpool FC supporters will be glad to know that they can still deck out in your favourite team’s jerseys; however, you will be expected to maintain formal attire to reflect the sophisticated hospitality suites.

Hospitality guests are not permitted to wear ripped denim or tracksuits. In addition to this, please be aware that if you are arriving at The Beautiful Game, there is a smart casual dress code where trainers, football shirts and tracksuits are not permitted.

Arne Slot’s Liverpool and Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City are two of the biggest clubs in not only English Football but also in Europe and the world. Moving on to Pep Guardiola and Manchester City, the Spaniard took charge of the Cityzens on the 1st July 2016 as successor to Chilean Head Coach Manuel Pellegrini. During his time at the club, Guardiola has so far won the following trophies: 6 Premier League titles (2017/18, 2018/19, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23 & 2023/24), 2 FA Cups (2018/19 & 2022/23), 4 League Cups (2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20 & 2020/21), 2 FA Community Shields (2018 & 2019), 1 UEFA Champions League (2022/23), 1 UEFA Super Cup (2023) and 1 FIFA Club World Cup (2023).

In previous years, these two clubs have fought very closely for the Premier League title. For example, back in the 2018/19 top flight season, Liverpool missed out on the title by just one point to City, even after they had accumulated an extraordinary total of 97 points compared to the Cityzens’ 98.

The season after that, 2019/20, Liverpool got their revenge, winning the Premier League title with no less than 99 points with a gap of 17 points separating themselves and Manchester City.

These two giants of English, European, and Global football have come face to face on a total of 226 occasions, and it is the Reds with a superior record of 108 wins compared to the 60 so far for City as of the time of writing. There have been 58 draws between them to date overall.
