We are delighted to announce that in 2025, we will once more provide official Royal Ascot VIP Corporate Hospitality Packages as an Official Hospitality Supplier (OHS) appointed directly by Ascot Racecourse.

The Vista has plenty to offer to enhance your experience of the action. It includes fantastic views from the very start of the straight mile through to the winning line and across the racecourse towards Windsor, as well as a Moet and Chandon Vintage Champagne Reception upon your and your guests’ arrival.

Why not treat yourself, your employees, or your clients to one of the most sought-after, iconic, and illustrious horse racing events of the year? You can enjoy a six-course tasting menu, a full afternoon tea, access to the Winners’ Enclosure, Parade Ring, and Royal Enclosure Gardens, and a complimentary bar with a great atmosphere to boot. The Head Chef will be Tom Barnes, who has been at the heart of a number of Michelin starred restaurants over the years, whilst also having been the Executive Head Chef at L’Enclume (Three Michelin Stars and at Rogan & Co. (One Michelin Star).

You and your guests will also be able to enjoy an excellent pairing of fine wines that are curated, with guidance from the Sommelier team at L’Enclume, by the Master Of Wine from Hallgarten and Novum Vintners. They will compliment the flavours of each of your courses at lunch.

Your experience of all five days of Royal Ascot will be considerably elevated by The Vista VIP Hospitality Facility, including the day that brings with it the most prestige and anticipation each and every year – Ladies’ Day. This day always takes place on a Thursday, featuring the historic and highly prestigious Ascot Gold Cup whilst also featuring excellent fashion and millinery statements, which share the limelight with the enthralling action on the track.
