You can enjoy a six-course tasting menu, a full afternoon tea, access to the Winners’ Enclosure, Parade Ring, and Royal Enclosure Gardens, and a complimentary bar with a great atmosphere to boot. The Head Chef will be Tom Barnes, who has been at the heart of a number of Michelin starred restaurants over the years, whilst also having been the Executive Head Chef at L’Enclume (Three Michelin Stars and at Rogan & Co. (One Michelin Star).
You and your guests will also be able to enjoy an excellent pairing of fine wines that are curated, with guidance from the Sommelier team at L’Enclume, by the Master Of Wine from Hallgarten and Novum Vintners. They will complement the flavours of each of your courses at lunch.

What is the maximum group size for a private table at The Vista for Royal Ascot?
The Private Tables in The Vista can accommodate up to 10 guests; larger groups are allocated a shared table in the facility on race day.
What is the itinerary for hospitality at The Vista at Ascot Racecourse?
The Vista itinerary will guide you and your guests through the day at Royal Ascot.
Gates open at 10:30am, before lunch is then held at 12pm. The first of the seven races then get underway at 2:30pm, before the action then comes to a close with the final race of the day at 6:10pm.
At 6:20pm, there is a sing-along to the band of the Grenadier Guards’ selections of classics.
