If I have booked horse racing hospitality, do I need a ticket?

No, you will not need to purchase your ticket(s) separately, as part of your hospitality booking with Eventmasters, our packages include entry into the racecourse, in addition to access to your chosen hospitality facility and enclosure.

How far in advance of a horse race meeting should I book hospitality?

It does depend on the horse race meeting event that you attend, but for major horse racing meetings like the Cheltenham Festival and Royal Ascot can often sell out months in advance of both of these events getting underway. We strongly recommend booking or rebooking as early as possible to avoid missing out.

How are dietary requirements catered for?

Suppose you and/or any member of your party of guests has specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies). In that case, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can inform the racecourse as well, allowing them to accommodate any specific dietary requirements you may have.

What is typically included in a horse racing hospitality package?

Our VIP hospitality offerings will, of course, vary between each package and each event; however, all our packages share certain luxurious elements.

This includes a car parking pass, complimentary or paid bar throughout the day, admission to the racecourse and exclusive hospitality areas, a multi-course meal or buffet, a race card, and a reserved (or shared) table for the day.

All packages for each event also offer stunning views of the enthralling racing, ensuring that you and your guests/clients will not miss a moment of the action taking place out on the track.

What is the dress code for horse racing hospitality?

The dress code differs from event to event. Smart attire is always required, for example, Gentlemen are always asked to wear a collared shirt, a tie, and smart trousers, whilst Ladies are encouraged to wear hats (including headpieces, fascinators, & hatinators), as well as a dress, a top with a skirt, or a smart trouser suit.

Each racecourse and its race meetings have specific requirements for both male and female guests regarding dress code.

Can children attend hospitality at racecourses?

Yes – children are allowed to attend hospitality at all the race meetings for which we offer packages. The dress code for children tends to be more relaxed as well.
