Official Wales v France Hospitality Packages – Guinness Six Nations 2026
Six time Six Nations Champions Wales are set to come toe to toe with seven time winners and reigning Champions France, led by Fabien Galthié, at the Principality Stadium as part of the much anticipated 2026 Guinness Six Nations in the heart of Cardiff. This game is taking place at 15:10 on the afternoon of Sunday 15th February 2026.
Fans will be coming to attend this game in their thousands, and this high profile fixture is set to bring with it an incredible atmosphere to boot. Wales will be looking to secure what would be a statement victory in this game, and they are one of the sides that will look to dethrone France as the Six Nations’ reigning Champions in 2026.
Wales will be looking to improve on their 2025 Six Nations campaign, and a victory against their French counterparts would also give them some fresh momentum going into the fixtures that follow in this Championship and beyond. Warren Gatland was the Head Coach, but he has since left, with Matt Sherratt then taking charge as Wales’ interim Head Coach. Steve Tandy has since been appointed Head Coach, with his tenure starting on 1st November 2025.
Over the years, Wales and France have played against each other a grand total of 105 times, with them first coming face to face competitively all the way back on 2nd March 1908 at that year’s Home Nations Championship. It was Wales who won that game 36 – 4, with the contest having taken place at Cardiff Arms Park.
Wales’ most recent victory against their French counterparts was in a 2019 Rugby World Cup match that took place at the Oita Stadium in Japan on 20th October of that year. It was a very tight and action packed game, with what was also a competitive encounter ending in an important 20 – 19 win for Wales.
For Wales’ most emphatic victory against France, you have to go back to their second ever encounter on 23rd February 1909 in what was a 5 – 47 triumph at the Stade Yves-du-Manoi in Colombes, France at the 1909 Home Nations Championship.
Wales won all of their first 15 encounters with France, winning all of their matches against each other from 2nd March 1908 to 26th February 1927.
Overall, they have both beaten each other 51 times, and Wales will be looking to make it a 52nd win against France at the Principality Stadium in the 2026 Guinness Six Nations Championship.
