York Ebor Festival 2013 Corporate Hospitality

The Ebor Festival is an occasion of superlatives; featuring the oldest, richest, fastest, and most famous races provided at York Racecourse. The sporting excellence attracts the best fillies, as the Group One Darley Yorkshire Oaks and Jaguar Cars Lowther Stakes are highly treasured titles. This, combined with plenty of hats and sharp suits and mixed with those choosing more relaxed summer attire, create an extra special feel about Thursday as its Ladies Day.

The Dante Suite, located within the main Ebor Stand itself, offers hospitality of the highest standards within a very prestigious environment, including a private seated viewing balcony. The hospitality package provides a sumptuous four-course served luncheon, traditional Yorkshire afternoon tea, a Champagne receptions and a faull complimentary bar. Please note that due to sponsor requirements, the Dante Suite is not available on the Wednesday or Saturday of the Festival.

The Roberto Pavilion is positioned on the Grandstand side of the racecourse to the south of the Knavesmire Stand, which affords a view of the finishing straight and has the added benefit of a terrace that provides an external viewing area. Eventmasters have secured the entire pavilion on Ladies Day on an exclusive basis, solely for our clients’ entertainment.
