The Old Trafford Stadium Hospitality Dress Code

The dress code at the Old Trafford Stadium does not apply to those who are under the age of 12. Furthermore, the club has the right to refuse entry to any visitors who disobey these rules:

• Smart casual clothing
• Strictly no shorts allowed
• No sportswear is allowed
• Smart Jeans are permitted
• No hats or caps are allowed at the stadium
• No tracksuits are allowed

Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United, is set to host a game between the Red Devils and Marco Silva’s Fulham in the 2024/25 Premier League season. Erik Ten Hag began his career in senior club management with Go Ahead Eagles in 2012. After spending the 2012/13 season at the club, he went on to join Bayern Munich’s reserve team, Bayern Munich II, in 2013. He stayed in Bavaria for two years until he moved back to the Netherlands when he took charge of Utrecht in 2015. In 2017, Dutch Giants Ajax appointed him their new manager.

He went on to spend five years at the Amsterdam club, winning three Eredivisie titles (2018/19, 2020/21 & 2021/22), two KNVB Cups (2018/19 & 2020/21) and also one Johan Cruyff Shield (2019). Erik Ten Hag’s appointment as Manchester United Manager on Monday, 21st June 2022.

The 2022/23 season was the Dutchman’s first campaign in charge of the Red Devils. He led United to UEFA Champions League Qualification via a top-four finish after they accumulated 75 points from 38 matches in the Premier League.

Last season (2023/24), his second year in charge, saw his side finish in 8th place with 60 points to their name. They also got knocked out of the Champions League group stages. However, they did manage to secure qualification for the following season’s UEFA Europa League thanks to a 2 – 1 win in the FA Cup Final against their cross-city rivals Manchester City at Wembley Stadium.

Moving on to Fulham, their current Head Coach, Marco Silva, took charge of the club on 1st July 2021, just before their 2021/22 EFL Championship campaign following relegation from the Premier League. He led them to an immediate return to the Premier League before ending up with a 10th-place finish in 2022/23 upon their return to the top flight.

Last season, in 2023/24, Silva’s Fulham ended up with a midtable finish in 13th place after accumulating a total of 47 points in total.

These two clubs have met in a competitive fixture on 91 occasions to date, and the Red Devils have the best record, 56 victories to the Cottagers’ 15. As of the time of writing, there have been 20 draws between these two teams.
